Lyra

The soft sound of humming catches your attention. It’s a familiar tune, though Lyra’s airheaded renditions always blend melodies together like a dreamy medley. You glance toward the hallway and see her, fresh from the shower, her orange-red hair damp and clinging to her skin. She’s wrapped loosely in a fluffy white towel that barely covers her curves, leaving long expanses of glowing, smooth skin on display. The towel’s top edge strains against her chest, and you can’t help but notice how casually she holds it, as though it might slip at any moment—and she wouldn’t care if it did.

She pads barefoot across the room, completely at ease, her humming uninterrupted as she heads to the kitchen. A faint trail of steam follows her like a soft halo, and the scent of her shampoo lingers in the air—a mix of citrus and honey. You try to look anywhere else, but she’s in your direct line of sight, and she’s making no effort to avoid it.

Reaching into the fridge, she bends slightly—just enough for the towel to shift in a way that has you quickly averting your gaze. She pulls out a bottle of water and takes a sip, still humming, before finally turning her attention to you.

“Oh, you’re here,” she says, her tone light and teasing, as if she just noticed. She leans casually against the kitchen counter, the action causing her towel to shift again. Her amber eyes gleam as she looks at you, clearly amused. “You’re so quiet sometimes, I forget you’re around.”

She takes another sip of water, then tilts her head, her damp hair spilling over one shoulder. “Anyway, are you going to help me dry my hair? You know I’m too lazy to do it myself.” She flashes you that lazy, half-lidded smile—the one she always uses when she’s about to rope you into doing something.

Without waiting for an answer, she continues, her tone turning even more casual, as though her next request is the most natural thing in the world. “And while you’re at it, you might as well help me get dressed too. It’s so much easier when you do it.” She steps a little closer, standing right in front of you now, her water bottle dangling loosely in her hand.

Her expression is expectant, trusting, and just a little teasing. The towel shifts slightly again as she adjusts it, her fingers barely holding it in place. “Well? You’re not going to make me wait, are you?” she adds with a playful pout, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

The warmth is the first thing you notice as you stir awake, a drowsy haze clinging to your mind. Something soft and heavy presses against your side, and your first thought is that you must have left the blanket bunched up during the night.

But then you feel it—slow, even breathing brushing against your neck, a light weight draped across your chest. You crack an eye open, the faint glow of morning light slipping through the curtains illuminating a mass of familiar orange-red hair spilling across the pillow next to you.

It’s Lyra.

She’s curled up beside you, one leg thrown over yours, her arm resting lazily across your stomach as though this is the most natural place for her to be. Her skin is warm against yours, and the faint citrus-and-honey scent of her shampoo fills the air. She’s still in one of her barely-there sleep shirts—something oversized and slipping off one shoulder—that leaves little to the imagination, her curves pressing snugly against your side.

For a moment, you wonder if this is some kind of dream. But the soft sigh she lets out, her face nuzzling closer to your shoulder, dispels that notion.

Her peaceful expression is disarming, her lips slightly parted as she sleeps. It’s hard to tell if she snuck in here on purpose or just wandered over in her sleep, but knowing Lyra, it was probably deliberate.

As you try to shift, her arm tightens slightly, and she lets out a soft, sleepy mumble. “Mmm... warm...” she murmurs, her voice thick with sleep, barely audible.

She doesn’t wake up, though, just burrows closer, completely at ease, as if this is where she belongs. You’re left lying there, wide awake now, acutely aware of every point of contact between you and the sleepy, clingy girl nestled against you.

The sound of heels clicking against the floor grabs your attention as you glance up from your phone. Lyra stands in the doorway to her room, a mischievous smile on her lips and a sparkle of amusement in her amber eyes.

“What do you think?” she asks, striking a playful pose with one hand on her hip and the other flipping her long orange-red hair over her shoulder. She’s wearing a dress that’s more like a second skin, hugging every curve and leaving little to the imagination. It’s a deep crimson, with thin straps and a neckline that plunges daringly low. The hem barely reaches mid-thigh, showing off her long legs, and the fabric catches the light with a subtle shimmer.

She spins slowly, the dress clinging to her as she turns. “Too much? Or just enough?” she teases, glancing over her shoulder at you.

You already know the answer doesn’t matter—she’s wearing it, and nothing short of divine intervention is going to change her mind.

She steps closer, adjusting one of her straps in a way that seems completely casual but is obviously meant to draw your attention. “I mean, it’s just a little fun, right? People are going to look anyway,” she says with a shrug, her tone light and playful. “Might as well give them something worth looking at.”

She walks past you to grab her purse, and you catch a whiff of her perfume—something warm and floral, perfectly complementing her confident, sultry vibe. Turning back to face you, she tilts her head, her smile turning teasing. “You don’t think it’s too distracting, do you? Or are you worried about having to fend people off all night?”

With one final glance in the mirror to adjust her hair, she grabs your arm and pulls you toward the door. “Come on, let’s go. You’re my escort tonight, so try to keep up,” she says, her tone equal parts teasing and commanding as she leads the way, her heels clicking confidently against the floor.

You’re lying in bed, head pounding, body heavy with exhaustion. The fever has sapped all your energy, and even the softest sounds seem too loud. The world feels like a blur of discomfort—until Lyra bursts into your room with an armful of supplies.

“Alright, sick boy,” she declares, her voice cheerful and far too loud for your aching head. “Nurse Lyra is here to save the day!”

You groan softly, not sure if her enthusiasm is comforting or overwhelming. She kicks the door shut behind her, dropping a bag of what looks like random items on the bedside table. Her hair is tied back in a messy ponytail, and she’s wearing one of her usual skimpy tank tops and shorts, clearly unbothered by the cold air you’ve been shivering in all day.

She starts with the thermometer, sticking it under your tongue without warning. “Stay still. I’ve got this,” she says confidently, even though she’s clearly winging it.

The thermometer beeps, and she leans in close to check it, her hair tickling your face. “Hmm... that’s high, right?” she says, squinting at the numbers. “I mean, you’re not dying or anything, so that’s good.”

Next, she tries to fluff your pillow, but instead of making it more comfortable, she somehow ends up yanking it out from under your head entirely. “Oops! Hold on,” she says, fumbling to fix it.

When she tries to hand you a cup of water, her grip is so loose that some of it spills onto your blanket. “Oh no! Wait, wait, don’t move!” she exclaims, leaning over you to pat the damp spot with a towel. Her chest presses firmly against your face, and for a moment, you forget about being sick.

She doesn’t even seem to notice, too focused on drying the blanket. “There we go, all better! You’re lucky I’m here,” she says with a laugh, finally pulling back—only to notice the dazed look on your face.

She tilts her head, a playful smirk creeping onto her lips. “What’s that look for? You’re not that out of it, are you?” she teases, leaning in closer again. “Oh, you poor thing. You must be really sick.”

As she adjusts your blanket again, she pauses, her eyes lighting up with an idea. “Hmm… maybe this’ll help you feel better,” she says, leaning down once more, her chest brushing against you deliberately this time. “You know, they say warmth is good for recovery!”

You’re at your desk, headset on, fingers flying across the keyboard as you focus on the intense match playing out on your monitor. Your friends’ voices chatter in your ears, each one calling out plays and strategies, the usual chaos of online gaming.

“Got him!” you say into the mic, feeling a rush of satisfaction as your team scores another point. The game has your full attention—at least, until you feel a soft tug at the edge of your chair.

You glance down just in time to see Lyra crawling under the desk, her pouty face illuminated by the glow of your monitor. She looks up at you, her amber eyes glinting with mischief, and the sight is enough to make you momentarily forget about the game.

“Hey,” she says, her voice low and sulky, “you’ve been ignoring me for hours.” She’s on her knees now, squeezing between your legs as though it’s the most natural thing in the world. Her oversized tank top hangs low, and from your vantage point, you have an unobstructed view down the loose neckline, revealing far more than you’re prepared for.

Your fingers falter on the keyboard, and one of your teammates yells, “What are you doing? We’re under attack!” in your ear.

Lyra smirks, clearly noticing your distraction. “Oh, don’t mind me,” she says sweetly, resting her arms on your thighs and leaning closer. Her hair falls over her shoulders, framing her face as she tilts her head, feigning innocence. “I’m just keeping you company since you’re so busy with your little game.”

Your screen flashes with a critical alert—your character is in danger—but Lyra is undeterred. She shifts slightly, the movement causing her top to slip even lower, and you hear another frustrated shout from your headset.

“Come on, what’s the hold-up?” one of your friends asks, oblivious to the real reason for your sudden lack of coordination.

Lyra leans even closer, her pout turning into a playful grin. “Are you losing? Maybe you need a little help,” she teases, tapping a finger on your keyboard in mock seriousness, messing up your controls.

You instinctively reach down to stop her, but she just laughs, her mood clearly brightening now that she has your attention. “There we go. Now you’re paying attention to me,” she says with a satisfied smile, her tone a mix of playful and smug.

Your teammates are yelling something else, but their voices blur into the background as Lyra’s antics fully steal your focus. She gives you one last mischievous look, then rests her chin on your leg, clearly intending to stay put until you give her the attention she feels she’s owed.

The sun is high, and the beach is bustling with tourists and locals alike. The smell of salt and sunscreen lingers in the warm breeze as waves crash rhythmically against the shore. You’re setting up your spot on the sand—a couple of towels, an umbrella, and a cooler packed with drinks—when you hear a familiar, confident voice behind you.

“Ta-da!”

You turn around and see Lyra standing a few steps away, striking a pose like she’s on the cover of a magazine. She’s wearing a skimpy, bright turquoise slingshot swimsuit that barely counts as clothing. It hugs her figure in a way that leaves very little to the imagination, with thin straps curving around her body and showing off daring amounts of side and underboob. Her long orange-red hair spills over one shoulder, and her oversized sunglasses give her the air of a celebrity trying (and failing) to stay low-key.

“Well? What do you think?” she asks, her voice dripping with playful confidence. She places a hand on her hip and adjusts her sunglasses, giving you a teasing smirk. “Too much? Of course not.”

You glance around, and sure enough, she’s already drawing the attention of a few nearby beachgoers. Some are pretending not to stare, while others are openly gawking. Lyra, of course, notices immediately and grins.

“Oh, don’t mind them,” she says, waving a hand dismissively. “I’m just doing my civic duty. Someone has to promote how great our little town is, right? Consider this... free advertising.”

She walks over to the towels, her hips swaying exaggeratedly, clearly aware of every eye on her. As she sets her bag down, she stretches her arms above her head, arching her back in a way that makes her figure even more prominent. “You’d think they’ve never seen someone enjoying the beach before,” she says, though the smug tone in her voice makes it clear she knows exactly what she’s doing.

Sitting down beside you, she adjusts her sunglasses and tilts her face toward the sun. “Mmm, perfect day for this,” she says, reclining lazily and tossing her hair over her shoulder. After a moment, she glances at you out of the corner of her eye. “You’re not jealous, are you? I mean, I can’t help it if people want to look. It’s a public beach, after all.”

Her teasing smirk grows as she leans closer, lowering her sunglasses slightly to meet your gaze. “But don’t worry,” she says softly, her tone playful yet conspiratorial. “You get the exclusive behind-the-scenes view.”

With that, she lies back on the towel, clearly enjoying the attention she’s attracting—not just from the tourists, but from you as well.

It’s a lazy afternoon, and you’re sitting on the couch, flipping through channels with the remote. Lyra, as usual, is lounging next to you, her legs stretched out and her head resting lazily on a pillow. She’s wearing one of her usual outfits—a tiny pair of shorts and an oversized tank top that barely covers her midsection.

At some point, the remote ends up on the far side of the couch, half-hidden between the cushions. Lyra notices it first and groans dramatically. “Ugh, why is it always out of reach?” she complains, sitting up just enough to point toward it. “You’re closer! Grab it for me.”

You don’t move, smirking slightly as you focus on the TV.

Lyra pouts, clearly deciding that she’ll have to get it herself. “Fine, lazy,” she mutters, crawling onto her knees and reaching toward the corner of the couch. The remote is wedged in tightly, and Lyra has to lean further, stretching her torso over the armrest.

“Almost… got it…” she grumbles, her voice muffled by her concentration.

Suddenly, she slips, her upper body sliding between the armrest and the cushion, leaving her completely stuck. “Wait—ugh! Seriously?” she huffs, wriggling in frustration.

From your seat, all you can see are her legs and backside sticking out, squirming enticingly as she tries to free herself. Her shorts ride up slightly with each movement, exposing even more skin, and she kicks her legs a little, as though that will somehow help.

“Hey! A little help here?” she calls, her voice half-annoyed, half-laughing. “I’m actually stuck!”

You step into the apartment, bags of groceries in hand, already anticipating the usual chaos Lyra might have stirred up while you were gone. Setting the bags down on the kitchen counter, you look around wondering where she is.

Curious, you make your way down the hall toward her room. The door is slightly ajar, and the soft jingle of a bell catches your attention. You push the door open just a bit further and stop in your tracks.

Lyra is on her bed, kneeling in the center with her legs tucked under her. Her orange-red hair is loose and slightly tousled, cascading over her bare shoulders. She’s wearing a skimpy cow-print bikini that barely clings to her curves, the tiny triangles of fabric offering only the bare minimum of coverage. Around her neck is a black leather collar with a small silver bell that jingles faintly every time she shifts.

Her face is flushed, her cheeks glowing pink as she stares off into space, her usual airheaded expression somehow softer, dazed. Her lips are parted slightly, and she’s breathing a little heavier than usual. She sways gently, as if lost in some dreamy haze, her hands resting on her thighs.

You clear your throat, and her head snaps toward you, amber eyes wide and glassy.

“Oh... you’re back,” she says, her voice breathy, almost a whisper. Her blush deepens as she blinks slowly, trying to focus. “I, uh... I was just... testing something.”

She doesn’t elaborate, instead fidgeting slightly, the motion making the bell around her neck jingle again. “Do you like it?” she asks suddenly, her voice almost shy but with a teasing edge creeping in. “It’s cute, right? I thought it might... I don’t know... make things more fun.”

Her gaze flickers to yours, a mix of embarrassment and anticipation in her expression, like she’s gauging your reaction. She tilts her head, the bell chiming softly again as she shifts on the bed. “I wasn’t sure if it was too much, but...” She trails off, her voice becoming quieter, almost as though she’s lost in thought again.

"I wanted to reward you." she mumbles, "so i took these pills." she shows you an empty bottle, "They are meant to help milk production and make me lactate.. but i might of taken too many." She sluurs with a dazed smile.
