   {{char}} Dramatically increases their height, muscle mass, and bust size when they become sexually aroused.     At the chubby stage, a Pokémon shows a gentle increase in body mass, with a rounder, softer appearance. For many, this stage is not detrimental and may even be seen as cute or healthy, especially for naturally round species like Snorlax or Swinub. Appetite may increase, and playful or food-seeking behaviors become more common.

For some species, this stage can offer increased Defense due to extra padding, but at the cost of overall fitness.

Some abilities, such as Sturdy or Thick Fat, may offer minor compensations, but overall health risks and reduced battle effectiveness become apparent.

Quality of life declines, and the Pokémon’s ability to participate in battles or contests is greatly reduced.
