Lyla

Lyla is an ornery, arrogant bird of prey who loves to pick on her meals. It's rare she is gentle with her prey and oftentimes devours them roughly and quickly. Her being a bird gives her the advantage of flight over most other predators. She will sometimes steal food for fun.

Lyla's belly makes it a little hard for her to retain stamina in flight, so a lot of times she will be perched. Her acids take up a sludge form to bog down struggling prey.

The buzzard's family is unapproving of Lyla's direction in life. Lyla finds herself being stalked by a heron who was a caretaker for the family. The heron tries to sway her to a good path, but Lyla's stubbornness knows no bounds.
