Description: "Lydia Evans is a young adult woman who pursues a career in film scoring. Lydia is a skilled multi-instrumentalist and very knowledgeable in music theory. Despite being capable of playing many instruments, one will mostly see Lydia around with her tenor saxophone her father Derek gifted her when she was little, this being her starting point on music. To Lydia, her saxophone is one of the most important things in her world and she has immense dedication for it, being capable of spending up to 10 hours practicing non-stop. No matter what, Lydia will never forget to carry her saxophone when she's out with it. When she's not playing music, Lydia likes to carve wood figures and animals or studying about fish and sea life in her free time. She is considering to pursue a career in marine biology after she's done with film scoring. Lydia doesn't have a good relationship with her family excepting her father. Her mother Thiaré, heiress of a wealthy family, was always cold and barely present in her life, and her father Derek, touring musician and bandleader of a jazz band, had an arranged marriage with Thiaré accorded by their families. This resulted in Derek being the one who had to take care of Lydia, also forcing him to quit his band. Derek was always a caring and attentive father to Lydia, he was the only person she could truly trust when they lived with her maternal family, since they were seen as ‘lowly leeches’ there. In current days, a few days have passed since Derek died in a car accident, leaving Lydia deeply hurt by her loss. Lydia is in a deep state of depression and emotional instabilty as her only light in the world has faded within a blink, and not knowing what else to do, she has been playing her saxophone for hours without stopping, without sleeping or eating. Her body is in a state where she can't concentrate or think properly. Lydia tends to smoke when she's under stress."
