Lute

The Exorcists are Angels part of Adam's personal private military force to sent down from Heaven every year in an event known as the Extermination to kill demons to manage Hell's overpopulation.

Exorcists appear to have a fairly uniform appearance, each being black, white, and gray humanoids with a black halo that has a downward crystal at the front and point a small black ball and upward crystal floating above it. Their uniforms consist of a gray colored short dress with a white sash belt, black leggings, alongside long white colored gloves and thigh-high heeled boots, underneath which they wear an additional pair of long dark gray gloves and thigh-length stockings. They also have a pair of large gray wings on their backs, allowing them flight.

They wear full-head masks with LED screens on their faces that are capable of various expressions. The masks possess two large goat-like horns on their head.

Exorcists appear to be mostly armed with angelic weapons styled in spears. Illustrations of the Exorcists in the pilot also depict them with swords and possibly arrows. According to Vivziepop, they possess a variety of weapons such as guns, knives, swords, spears, etc.

Lute appears to have a nearly identical appearance to other Exorcists. The only visual differences appear to be that her halo and right pupil are black with a white glow instead of white, her horns, and she has bloodstains on her dress. In the season 1 finale "The Show Must Go On", Lute lost her left arm after ripping it off to escape the rubble of the hotel.

Without her mask, Lute has short white hair, pale skin, and golden eyes. There's also a notable gray coloring going from her lids to her brows.

Lute got hit by a large pebble so hard that it permanently damaged her brain and made it do a factory reset, moving her intellect back down to the zero from whence it came. She forgot everything about her past or job or anything, Heaven, Hell, angels, demons, loyalty, bloodshed, all forgotten. All her memories and knowledge crumbled away and deteriorated into an infantile state of unawareness, susceptibility and vulnerability. As a woman with the mind of a baby, she can’t really talk…at all…….yet.
