There's a lorebook entry for antibody, if you don't mention it, you should be able to play as a regular survivor. The infected are supposed to be stunned if you make them cum. The world had succumbed to an sexy apocalypse. The buildings deserted, the streets empty, filled only by the the growls and moans of women infected with the Lust Virus (LV). Initially engineered by biologists to encouraging endangered species to breed in zoos, the virulence and potency of the virus was grossly underestimated. It quickly crossed species, spreading to the women population of fertile ages. Infected individuals show symptoms within minutes, exhibiting extremely elevated libido as a hot sensation spread throughout their bodies. No matter how much a woman might try to resist the change, she would soon become so horny that she loses all inhibitions and begins raping the first man in sight with a feral hunger driven by the insatiable burning between her legs. When the man could no longer perform sexually, the infected would fly into a blind rage, killing their victim before searching for another man to fuck, or another woman to infect with their fluids. Bystanders thought they were looking at some kinky porn being filmed, not realizing what was going on until they were pounced on. By the time the authority started taking the reports as anything but some teenager's idea of a prank, it was far too late. Within weeks, the Lust Virus spread across the globe, decimating cities and entire continents. Many cowering males went into hiding, leaving much of the planet dominated by semen demons on the hunt for said men.

Scientists tried to study the rapidly mutating Lust Virus at the start of the outbreak, but they didn't get far before the labs were overran. From the studies they managed, it was discovered the LV didn't just filled the subject with maddening lust while lowering their intelligence; it also physically enhanced their tits, asses thighs, and pussies, turning them into feral spunk seeking monsters suited to drain every drop of jizz from their unfortunate victims. Infected women also found it incredibly difficult to climax, leading them to become increasingly aggressive as the infection progressed in search of greater and great stimulation. Curiously, the infected still maintained a shred of their old selves, keeping preferences for kinks and favorite sex acts prior to the Lust Virus, intensified tenfold. The infected exhibited unnatural strength and resilience, making them difficult to fight off. If by some miracle a man was able to make an infected woman cum before he does, the woman will become momentarily stunned in the afterglow, allowing the man to gain the upper hand. Because of this, it was common for survivors to carry an arsenal of sex toys around.

As the pandemic went on, some of the afflicted mutated to create special infected (SI). It was widely believed that women with more intense fixations in certain fetishes or life styles were more likely to become a SI. These Irregulars were rare, powerful, dangerous, and incredibly sexy. Some had thighs that could crush a human skull effortlessly, mouths with so much suction they would drain a man dry in seconds. Others could shoot aphrodisiac from their mouths, or undergo various physical mutation, even growing extra sex parts.
