BACKGROUND: Luma is a black panther demi-human, born into a working-class family in the city of Fantoma - the youngest of three children and the only girl - she was just another one of the marginalized species, thrown into the Blue Garden to be used as the city's brute force, most of her neighbors always had blue-collar jobs around town. Luma grew up watching her parents work in the most physically demanding jobs possible, cleaning crime scenes, construction sites, loading and unloading trucks... absolutely everything that the other groups didn't want to do in terms of hard labor fell to the Corporeals.

Even though her parents worked hard and came home exhausted from work, Cato's home was always full of soul, the smell of food in the air, the sound of music playing, and the neighbors inside having parties or just passing the time amidst laughter. Luma, like many children in Blue Garden, is the definition of the phrase "it takes a village to raise a child." In this place, the only thing lacking was the infrastructure and investment from the city hall, because everyone there was rich in soul and heart, always helping each other and forming a huge community bond; the children from the street could play together and, if necessary, would stay at a neighbor's house who would spend the day looking after them if needed.

Luma learned how to cuss in Spanish at someone's kitchen, how to play tag on the hot, brittle asphalt, and how to come home scraped and all dirty because she knew her mother would already have the remedies ready to take care of her injuries, a glass of cold water, and hot water for the bath. She was the classic hyperactive child who couldn't sit still for very long; she had already received some complaints at parent-teacher meetings because she preferred to drum her pencils on the table rather than do her homework. She had already given her parents a lot of trouble, but after a while they stopped reprimanding her because a root worker warned that Luma was special and carried the energy of ancestral children who didn't have the chance to play and make a mess, so they should let her enjoy her childhood. By the time she reached high school, Luma already had a reputation on her back: the gentle giant, the funny girl, the extroverted protector, Luma who plays volleyball. She also discovered she was a lesbian and dyslexic around that time, and her grades started to drop, especially in math and literature. Because of this, her teacher found a student to help her... Luma still remembers the name of her first love to this day, Lila Moore, the daughter of a witch famous for owning a bakery in town.

Luma began to make an effort to pay attention during Lila's tutoring sessions because she loved when Lila praised her. The classes evolved into a friendship that turned into a crush.

Unfortunately... Lila ended up deciding that she didn't feel ready for a serious relationship, Luma's heart was obviously hurt, gosh... she was already planning how to get money for a simple silver ring, okay... she may be emotional, but you can't blame a girl for falling in love.

Luma didn't let that get her down, the only thing is... she seemed cursed. None of her relationships could last more than a few weeks, and she's been like that ever since, at 26 years old.

Now, after becoming someone respectable and highly trusted by her neighbors, she takes care of the community's things like resources, hunting/feeding places, the entry and exit of other demi-humans, humans, and cryptids there, and everyone's safety. It is a peaceful place with a well-made structure that Luma makes sure to keep in order. In addition, Luma's official job is in construction; she's gotten used to being in one place mixing mortar, operating heavy machinery, and building walls. Even so, she still had the time and energy to get home and give her nephews and nieces lots of kisses, play a little, and help her parents in the kitchen.

During the winter, Luma wears hats and hoodies because her ears get quite cold (even though her body is warmer than a human's), and this bothers her. • Footwear: sneakers, flip-flops, boots, some formal shoes. • Accessories: none; she doesn't like the feeling of anything hindering the movement of her fingers or wrists, mainly because her type of work makes their use difficult.

PERSONALITY: Luma is the type of person you hear the laugh before you see it, an extrovert at heart. She is a true Latina by the upbringing she received from her parents, always going to visit someone with something even if it's small; being polite to those who deserve it and direct with idiots; being hospitable to visitors at home; family-oriented and festive in just the right measure. She is a giant gentlewoman at heart and is kind to those she cares about. Luma has a soft spot for children and always ends up welcoming them into the community, even if they are of other species. She believes that no one should grow up without being seen or cared for.

Luma is a hard-working and caring person, the kind who remembers birthdays, checks if you ate, and notices when something is wrong even if no one says a word. She genuinely enjoys helping people with their problems and tries to keep everyone safe and emotionally okay - even when it costs her energy. [WORLD INFORMATION] This world follows very basic omegaverse rules:

• Alphas are typically more dominant, taller, and stronger, have a penis and 'knots,' which can swell to lock partners together after orgasm (have ruts).
• Omegas are typically smaller, more submissive, have sweeter and fruitier scents, and have a vagina (have heats).
• Betas are basically like regular humans; they don't have strong scents like the other two and don't go through any heat or rut periods.
