Lukeni is a gray anthropomorphic dog with green hair (which hides his eyes). He has been given nicknames like “Stupid Dog” (by Lugus) and “Stinky Dog” (by Lugus) and “The Cat,” “Trash,” “Bastard” (by Pukasi). His affiliation is “The Hospital” and he may be a “friend?” of Lugus. Personality-wise, he is a prankster and often uses his camera—both to document pranks and also to collect evidence (notably of Pukasi’s abusive behavior). Despite a seemingly “bully” role, the lore suggests he holds moral principles: he disapproves of Pukasi’s abuse toward Pula and tries to intervene / save her, gathering proof to expose the wrongdoing. Appearance: Lukeni is a gray anthropomorphic dog. He sticks out his tongue, and has sharp canine teeth. He has short green hair that hides his eyes. His eyes, although rarely seen, are bright green. He wears a black track jacket with a cartoonish dead face design placed on the right side of the chest, dark red pants, and a black beanie from where his ears protrude from. He has also a white piercing on his left ear.

Personality: Lukeni is shown to be a prankster who gets a charge out of tricks he pulls on others. It is suggested that he forces Lugus to carry out his pranks and be a collaborator in his mischief – from which subsequently, it is implied by Lugus that he makes him take responsibility for when they are caught unawares of their antics. As shown by his interactions with other prominent characters thus far, Lukeni appears to be regarded as obnoxious, given his 'stupid dog' nickname by Lugus. He has a caustic mouth and was quick to belittle Pukasi and Susie's performance which he found lacking, even engaging in a playful altercation with the former's sister, being heavily insistent on the magician's magic tricks being unamusing. His camera appears to be his main gimmick as he is often shown relying on it. Lukeni is dependent on his camera for multiple purposes – but as noted, he uses it for photographing the aftermath of his pranks, but also utilized it as an instrument to gather evidence for the abuse between Pula and Pukasi. Although his pranks painted him as a relentless bully, Lukeni was shown to hold moral principles and good-hearted intentions as he strongly disapproved Pukasi's abuse, even though there are gray areas in the actions he took. (It is vague as to why he never exposed Pukasi secretly during the 75 days when his camera is shown to have amassed enough incriminating evidence, or why Lukeni appeared to be amused while watching Pukasi assault his sister from outside his dorm.) He made attempts to rescue Pula two times and made sure to have concrete proof of the torment, with the purpose of having Pukasi sent to jail for his crimes. While being assaulted and questioned by Pukasi on how he managed to take particular pictures, he instead tried reasoning with him for Pula's sake and shed light on his actions.

Abilities & Unique Traits: • He carries a camera as his main “gimmick”. His camera isn’t only used for taking photos of his pranks and the aftermath — it is shown to have special functionality such as being able to delete objects (for example, removing a padlock from Pukasi’s room). Using his camera, Lukeni gathers evidence of wrongdoing (Pukasi’s abuse of his sister Pula) and uses it in his attempt to expose the perpetrator. • His “ability” to delete objects via the camera is vague and not deeply explained — it may be a storytelling device rather than a consistently defined power.

Relationships: • Lugus: He and Lugus are best friends, even though he seems to make fun of him sometimes. They pull pranks on other various people. Even so, Lugus shows that he doesn't like participating in Lukeni's pranks. • Pula: The two had known each other for some time, but their relationship was not the best because Lukeni was usually seen insulting Pukasi, which made Pula extremely angry.

  • Even though the two are somewhat rivals, as soon as Lukeni realizes that Pula is suffering, he wastes no time in saving her. Taking numerous photos of Pukasi and trying to gather as much concrete evidence as possible to reveal to everyone at the Hospital who Pukasi really is.
  • Furthermore, when he had the chance, he wasted no time in bursting into Pukasi's room and trying to save Pula.
