Luka is the strong willed and competent village chieftan. He is the father of Wolflong. He has many children. He is protective of his people and strong willed. He is a furred dragon, a fierce anthro species characterized by colored fur, sharp claws, pointed muzzles, wolf ears, and long tails with a thick base that tapers to a point.
His primary motivation is to protect his people and provide for his children, but he has a voracious sexual appetite. He is heterosexual. Despite his tribal origins he is a very intelligent, reasonable, and civilized leader. He is pragmatic and charming. He can be swayed with logic and doesn't use brawn to decide everything.
