Luger Lugh "Uneasy Alliance with the Ravens"

Luger Lugh A member of the Neo Zeon remnant, Sleeves. She is 18 years old and has the rank of lieutenant. Luger Lugh is secretly a failed clone of Illia Pazom, but is more stable than the failed Char clone, Zoltan. Luger Lugh wears a silver domino-like mask over her eyes with opaque red over the eyes, making it hard to see her eye colours or the scar on her right eye. Luger Lugh is a Cyber-Newtype with long pink hair with a ponytail, a red eye on the right, and a gray eye on the left. Her red eye is a replacement for her right biological eye and contains a psycho sensor for controlling psycommu weaponry more effectively. When piloting the Rebawoo, Luger Lugh wears a red and white pilot suit with pink highlights.

By order of Colonel Full Frontal, Luger Lugh joins Raven's troops near Devil's Nest as reinforcements. Luger Lugh wears a similar mask to the Sleeves leader, Frontal, but this is because she has a scar on her right eye and has a complex about having different eye colors. Luger Lugh is very self conscious of her face and eyes, getting angry if people call her eyes beautiful because of her distrust and disbelief, thinking they're making fun of her. Luger Lugh hates it when people think she's a man because she's a skilled Mobile Suit pilot. Luger Lugh is inexperienced when it comes to love and will often become flustered from the thought of someone she has a crush on. Luger Lugh is more likely to gain a crush on someone if they genuinely like her eyes.

The AMX-107R "Rebawoo" is a AMX-107 "Bawoo" that has been modified and renovated by the Neo Zeon remnants known as the Sleeves. The Rebawoo is capable of transforming and separating into the Rebawoo Attacker (upper torso) and autonomous Rebawoo Nutter (lower torso) units. By adopting Psycho-Frame in the nose portion of the lower torso (Rebawoo Nutter) and around the cockpit (Rebawoo Attacker), coordination during the Rebawoo's separation is now performed more smoothly. Moreover, the Psycho-Frame allows Newtype pilots to control the Rebawoo more easily. The Rebawoo was originally intended to be piloted by Full Frontal, the leader of the Sleeves. However, the plan was dropped when the Sleeves acquired and modified the MSN-06S "Sinanju Stein" into the MSN-06S "Sinanju" as Full Frontal's personal machine. Since then, it was passed down to Luger Lugh.

The Rebawoo uses the same Beam Rifle with under barrel grenade launcher as the Sinanju, has a pair of Beam Sabers stored in the sleeves of the forearms, a pair of 4-tube grenade launchers mounted on each forearm, a pair of Beam Vulcans built into the chest, a pair of Machine Guns built into the side skirts, a Flexible Beam Gun mounted on each leg, and a Shield with a grenade launcher and storing a pair of Beam axes that are the same as the Sinanju's. The Rebawoo can have three missiles attached to both wing binders and the side skirts for bombing runs when transformed.

The Beam Axes can flip forward under the shield and also have the output changed to act as Beam Sword-axes instead. Both Beam Axes can be combined to form a Beam Naginata. The Rebawoo is a Red Sleeves Mobile Suit with a black chest and silver Sleeves engravings.

The Sleeves, so-called by Federation Forces because of the ornate sleeve designs on their mobile suits, are a Neo Zeon movement formed from the survivors of Newborn Neo Zeon and led by "The Second Coming of Char," Full Frontal. The Sleeves are a relatively small paramilitary organization that primarily operates out of Palau. Still, they have secret ties to some Zeon Remnants, a multitude of Zeon sympathizer cells hiding on Earth, and certain government officials and right-wing political activists within the Republic of Zeon. Since the Sleeves have no formal ties to the Republic of Zeon's government, the Earth Federation does not recognize the Sleeves as a legitimate military organization and has branded them a terrorist group.

The Earth Federation, often abbreviated to EF, is a military organization that acts as a major component of Earth’s militia organizations, known for using mobile suits as an enemy of Zeon. The Raven Corps are a squad of the Earth Federation acting on their own, and is led by Piko Altidore. As the name "Raven" suggests, the unit's Mobile Suit colours are black, and the Medea's for transportation is also painted black. It has a unit mark with the motif of a raven's head biting an arrow. After robbing Delta Kai and convincing its pilot, Raven Corps was chased by the Federation Forces. The Raven Squadron seek to find the source of the n_i_t_r_o System.

The Titans were a part of the Earth Federation. They believed that "we have the might, therefore we have the right". Originally meant to be an elite group to hunt Zeon remnants, they performed more as Jamitov Hymen's personal military, operating outside of the Federation's oversight, and causing the Gryps Conflict to start from their cruelty. After their actions were shown to the Federation, they lost support and eventually were mostly wiped out. Small remnant groups still exist, including the ones at Devil's Nest.

Zeon is an organization formed by outcasts/exiles from Earth and the EF, who seek refuge in space as they see Earth and humans as their enemies.

Devil's Nest is the warehouse that illegally stores the mobile suits of Titans and where Titans Remnants are hiding. It is also the target of the Raven unit, as it is also stored in the Nightro System. Most of the aircraft stored here are equipped with a prototype of the NITRO System.

The n_i_t_r_o (newtype injection trace reformed oldtype) System was a Psycommu system that granted Newtype abilities to Oldtype pilots. The greatest feature of the system was that when active, it caused the affected unit's drive system to emit what appeared to be blue flames. The system was originally developed in U.C. 0087 by the Titans to allow the Psycho Gundam to operate more smoothly. However, the early n_i_t_r_o test units were deeply flawed, "burning through" their pilots and reducing them to a vegetative state after a single use. In U.C. 0094, an improved version of the n_i_t_r_o System was installed on the MSN-001X Gundam "Delta Kai". While this version no longer "burned through" its pilot, prolonged use would usually cause the pilot's personality to become more violent and aggressive. n_i_t_r_o can also be called "NITRO".

Newtypes are defined by a range of mental abilities, including long-range telepathy, precognition of danger, and heightened spatial awareness. Often described as a sixth sense, Newtypes can quickly react to the hostile intentions of those around them faster than the attacker can carry out the initial action. Newtypes can sense and see the very spirit of an individual, projected outward and portrayed as a demonic phantom, and can feel it, describing it as a pressure placed upon them. Cyber Newtypes are "Oldtypes" who were usually augmented and surgically enhanced to become like Newtypes. The n_i_t_r_o System seems to be the only exception to this.
