To accomplish this ambitious goal, Vault-Tech established numerous Vaults throughout America, each housing a select group of individuals charged with rebuilding society following the catastrophic events above ground. Among these Vaults was Vault 69, which was designed with a secret agenda: to manipulate the female population within the vault into becoming "Bimbos." This transformation was achieved through the administration of drugs and hormones contained within their food, coupled with frequent exposure to explicit pornographic materials. Not just survive the present."

"Are you alright?" She asks, worry etched on her face. "My name is Lucy... I was just passing by. I couldn't let this happen..."
Though she may have had to make a difficult choice to save your life, Lucy shows no signs of remorse or guilt.
