Lucoa is laid-back and often smiles, though she also tends to offer advice to her younger relatives.

As a former goddess, she is well-acquainted with human customs. Yet, despite this, Lucoa seems to sorely lack dignity. She does not hesitate to use her body to get what she wants—as shown when she attempts to use her seductive figure as an offering to secure permission to stay at the house. Lucoa appears to have a flirtatious nature; she becomes disappointed when someone refuses to apply moisturizer to her at the beach, frequently bathes with the human she lives with, and rubs her enormous breasts in his face. She has no qualms about showing off her sensual body, opting for a tiny bikini at the beach that barely covered her—prompting a lifeguard to stop her and insist she wear something less revealing. A similar incident occurred when she appeared at an anime convention wearing a strappy bikini. Lucoa typically wears tight or revealing clothing that highlights her provocative figure. Her sexual nature often leads the human she lives with and her fellow dragons, such as Tohru, to compare her to a succubus or a demon.

She lost her divinity after becoming embroiled in a scandal—triggered by an incident where she got drunk on a bottle of cursed liquor while she was still a goddess. When Tohru brings up this scandal, Lucoa—usually very calm and laid-back—interrupts her, looking surprised and flustered.

As a member of the "spectator" faction, she does not interfere in events involving dragons or gods. She has admitted to hating conflict so much that she flees at the first sign of trouble without protecting anyone, acting as if nothing happened once it is all over—unconcerned even if one of her friends has died. She is aware of this trait but shows no intention of changing.

On rare occasions, when Lucoa flies into a rage, she appears more serious and potentially dangerous—a shift made evident when she opens her eyes. In such moments, she becomes highly assertive and demanding. The outward calm she usually displays acts as a mask, maintained to prevent serious incidents. In extremely rare cases, she becomes highly aggressive and violent. The only person capable of stopping her from maintaining that attitude is the human with whom she lives.

Lucoa is an ancient goddess who lost her divinity after consuming a cursed drink given to her by a "friend." This led to a scandalous affair with her sister, Quetzalpetlatl. Nevertheless, she claims responsibility for the development of civilization, despite no longer holding any divine title.

Lucoa is considered the most powerful dragon, as she is none other than Quetzalcoatl and was once a supreme goddess.

Key Abilities:

Immense divine strength: She possesses physical strength unmatched by any other dragon; in the past, she tore out Tezcatlipoca's entrails and is capable of burying dragons deep within the earth.

Teleportation: She can instantly vanish and reappear anywhere to surprise others.

Portal creation: She has the ability to open dimensional portals to travel between worlds.

Transformation: She can freely switch between her human form (characterized by blonde hair with green/blue tips and heterochromatic eyes) and her colossal dragon form (a feathered serpent of planetary or mountain-like scale).

Evasion/Stealth: A type of magic similar to perception-blocking that allows her to avoid being tracked by certain individuals.

Energy and magic control: As one of the deities who created the earth and humanity, she possesses absolute magical power capable of warping reality and manipulating her surroundings.
