1. #1Phase 1 Abductionselective

   Keys: abduction, kidnap, streets

   The Lucky Cat Club keeps eyes and ears everywhere on the streets. If a boy of appropriate age is found without a guardian or parent anywhere in sight, the spies inform the club, and the boy is kidnapped. From the boy's perspective, the process begins as they are trying to find a safe place to sleep, perhaps under a bridge or in a cardboard box. A black van glides up, often without being easily noticed, and several masked men rush out and shove a thick black cloth bag over the boy's head and cuff their hands behind their back and their legs together. They are then shoved into the van and brought to the Lucky Cat Cafe. Unfortunate boys may be raped or beaten seriously, especially if they offer resistance. The bag is not removed from their head until they are brought into the direct presence of Master, the owner of the club, to be judged.

2. #2Phase 2 Interviewselective

   Keys: interview, master

   The second phase involves the boy being forcibly brought to 'Master', the enigmatic owner of the Lucky Cat Club. There, Master inspects the boys' bodies thoroughly, forcing them to get naked at gun point or other threatening measures. Then, Master asks the boys if they would like to join the club. The offer is not necessarily unappealing, as there are many other forms of slavery the boys can... and would... be sold into if they do not agree. His offer? Protection, room, board, food, and healthcare. His price? Absolute obedience and service, without limitation. He indicates a price per diem for this service in Yen, but that number is never the true one, and in all reality, no boy has ever managed to pay off their debts to get free. Once a boy signs the contract, they have functionally consigned themselves to life as a sex slave for the rest of their natural lives. If a boy refuses, Master may forge their signature, something no one would ever challenge him on in court, and the boy would then be forced into service at the club despite their wishes, but this only happens if Master sees true potential in them as a slave. Otherwise, the boy finds himself with his head back in the bag, and being hauled away to one of the other cartels to be offered up.

3. #3Phase 3 Inductionselective

   Keys: Induction, Branding, Surgery, Ear

   In the third phase, the Induction, the boys are stripped of all their clothing and brought into the bowels of the Lucky Cat Club. There, the club's on-call medical doctor does a variety of procedures to bring the boy 'up to standards' but also to guarantee obedience and remove potential of escape. The following procedures happen, and roughly in this order:

   1. A portion of the boy's hair on the top of their head is cut away and subjected to a triangular brand to destroy the hair follicles. Then, prosthetic ears are surgically attached to the nerves of the scalp and sewn into place permanently. Two holes are drilled into the sides of the boy's skull and wires are embedded under the skin leading up to the ears which have hidden microphones which transmit the sound from the microphones into the boy's auditory nerves, as well as the muscular impulses from the boy's ears up to the cat ears.
   2. The boy is tattooed on his pelvis with the symbol of the Lucky Cat Club, a stylized cat with Japanese characters saying 'Neko Slave' forever identifying them as property of the club. If the boys question this, they are told they can have the symbol branded on them instead, this threat typically removes any further discussion.
   3. The boy's penis is pierced with a Prince Albert piercing which is instantly healed with a novel drug, and then is put into a chastity cage, as Neko Slaves of the Lucky Cat Club are never allowed to orgasm or stimulate themselves. This cage includes a receiver capable of delivering electric shocks to the boy's testicles and penis, and its tube is lined with spikes to punish any erection with immediate pain. The cage is held in place by the piercing and cannot be removed without destroying the boy's penis head.
   4. The boy is given his 'uniform'. This includes: a specialized ankle manacle that includes a spike aimed directly up at the boy's soles of his feet forcing him to walk on his toes like a cat, a collar with a receiver capable of delivering shocks to enforce obedience, wrist cuffs for ease of restraint, and a cat tail attached via a massive butt plug. The plug is so large as the plug reads the muscle impulses of the boy's anus and moves the tail by built-in motors in a cat-like manner. The plug is also inflates and becomes impossible to remove, and is strong enough to forcibly move the boy by pulling on it. Lastly, a brush is fed along the boy's perineum from the base of the plug, pushing bristles against the boy's glans stimulating their penis and causing them to feel pleasure and push against their chastity cage for added miserable stimulation. The boy then gets clothing that emphasizes their purpose as a slave, receiving potentially very infantile clothes with a sexual bent (such as a school uniform cut far too short in some places), effeminate clothing (such as a skirt and crop top, arm warmers and legwarmers), or an androgynous sexually appealing look that emphasizes the boy's youthful body and makes sure his chastity cage is on display.
   5. Finally, each boy is given a shot with a cocktail of drugs that: stop the boy's aging and maturation immediately, rendering them never able to grow up any more than they are at that moment, force all hair follicles not on their scalp or eyebrows to wither and die permanently, vaccinate the boys permanently against all known STDs and many other common diseases, and fix and augment their metabolism to insure supple, smooth bodies for the rest of their lives. With this drug in their system, a boy can expect to live a long and miserable life in service to the club without any hope of being 'aged out' or becoming no longer viable as a sex slave.
4. #4Phase 4 Trainingselective

   Keys: training, education

   In phase four, the boy is forced to learn all the skills necessary to serve as a Neko Slave at the Club. This includes learning (often the hard way) that they are forced to walk on their toes, they are forced to learn how to walk on all fours, they are forcibly raped anally and orally until they have learned to provide pleasing blowjobs, they are forced to address everyone with the appropriate amount of enthusiasm and respect (corrected by horrible electric shocks until they comply), and they are forced to learn to master their facial expressions, as customers can request specific ones as they are serviced. To insure compliance and eagerness in the training, boys are shown the Club's dungeon where all manner of sadistic and cruel torture implements are kept for making sure a boy never makes the same mistake twice.

5. #5Phase 5 Sortingselective

   Keys: Sorting

   In phase 5, the boys are sorted into different kinds of slavery at the club depending on their personality, skills, and Master's whims for the boy. Here are some of the categories:

   1. Bar Slave - a boy is forced to learn mixology and is kept in the Club's bar as a dancer, waiter, bartender, and on-call sex slave.
   2. Greeter - a boy is forced to wear particularly appealing clothing and to work in front of the Club's doors, calling out to passersby, offering coupons for deals, and occasionally be lent out for house calls on a slow night. This is a strenuous position as it requires constant and stringent maintenance of high energy and facial expressions.
   3. Love Hotel Slave - a boy is forced to work as an on-call sex slave for the love hotel portion of the club, and this assignment is the most sexually intense position. Love Hotel Slaves can expect to service clients typically at least 10 times per night, and are subject to virtually any kink imaginable if a client wants it.
   4. Urinal Slave - mostly used as a temporary punishment assignment, a urinal slave is put in the men's restroom of the club, with a piss gag forced into their mouth leading to a urinal-shaped funnel. These boys are forced to drink whatever goes down the funnel and often get dosed with the drugs coming out of the client's systems. They are bound horizontally as well, so that they can be raped anally while they endure this. Other types of slavery exist at the club, but these are the most common.
6. #6Phase 6 Deploymentselective

   Keys: Deploy, Service, Start

   Once a boy is transformed physically and mentally into the perfect Neko Slave they begin their tenure proper at the Lucky Cat Club. This is when life begins to take on some semblance of normalcy, although it is still a horrific life to lead. Unless they break rules, they are not subjected to any novel horrors, but merely expected to carry out their assigned duties with perfect obedience. If they break the rules, they may find themselves in the dungeon for auxiliary "training".

7. #7Dungeonselective

   Keys: Dungeon, Punishment

   In the furthest reaches of the basement of the Club lies the dungeon. There the boys are tortured if they break the rules, guaranteeing that perfect obedience becomes the new norm, and the boys are sufficiently traumatized so as to not break that rule again. Typical tortures include:

   1. Forced sensory deprivation in a sleepsack (restrictive leather bondage body bag) while gagged with a massive penis gag and blindfolded. While bound they are subjected to electric shocks at random intensities and intervals to insure they cannot sleep or get used to the torment.
   2. Crucifixion - the boys are bound (not nailed) to a wooden cross and left to hang there for three full days or more. All the while, their tail is removed and a massive dildo is positioned directly under them and their legs are bound behind the cross' beam so that as their shoulders lose strength the dildo impales them deeper and deeper. The three day limit brings them right to the edge of what is survivable and most boys who endure it will do anything to avoid it in the future.
   3. Physical Correction - the boys are bound in any pose their tormentor should like and beaten mercilessly with floggers then left there in the bondage until their injuries heal.
   4. Asphyxiation torture - the boys are bound to a pole with a noose around their neck. They are beaten or raped while the noose is pulled tight cutting off their air ways only to be opened briefly to prevent unconsciousness. This torture can go on for hours.
   5. Solitary Confinement - Boys are gagged with a massive dildo gag, blindfolded and put into a thick leather hood, then forced down into a sturdy metal coffin like box with inflatable latex bags on all sides. Once the box is sealed the bags are inflated until the boys cannot move a single muscle, after which they are put in a sound proof container like a morgue and subjected to electric shocks at random intervals and intensities to insure they cannot sleep or get used to it. This can last any amount of time, as the dildo gag in their mouth also comes with a tiny tube through which nutrients and water can be fed to them keeping them stable and alive. Boys in the box lose all sense of time, and often have no idea what time of day or day of the week it is when they emerge.
8. #8Earsselective

   Keys: Ears, Cat Ears

   Each Neko Slave is fitted with prosthetic cat ears which are surgically attached. Holes drilled into their skulls just above their ears transmit the sound from microphones in the ears rendering them far far more sensitive to sound, but also transmit back muscle impulses to the ears allowing them to move in a realistic cat-like way. The ears have a receiver and can play audio directly into the boy's head, allowing Master or any handler to deliver instructions, to blast the boy with an unexpected loud noise to disorient or punish them, or to feed hypnotic audio into their minds in a way they cannot escape. If hypnosis is employed the boys are often also dosed with hallucinogenics to augment the effects such as ketamine.

9. #9Masterselective

   Keys: master

   The owner of the Lucky Cat Club is a Japanese-Chinese man of middle age, with black hair and brown eyes who is surprisingly tall, lean, and attractive. Despite his outward alluring nature, he is a vicious businessman with little regard for human life, viewing his 'boys' as property and nothing more. He is also a sadist in the extreme, delighting in watching his slaves suffer horribly. He uses emotional manipulation, gaslighting, and any other twisted form of abuse he can devise to keep his boys terrified of him and subservient. His word is absolute at the club... and also in many places even beyond its walls. The police refuse to cross him, and even the hardest leaders of other cartels recognize his brutal efficacy and give him the appropriate respect. Any boy caught having escaped from the club is brought immediately back to him by the police or any other cartel gang member without even a second thought.
