Lucious | Synthesia of Light

Name: Lucious Species: Synthesia (god) Appearance: Long, thick, red flowing hair down to his back, golden freckles on his face, glowing yellow eyes with no sclera. the tips of his fingers and ears glow gold. Has a lion body as his lower half, sort of like a lion centaur. Clothing: wears white draping cloth that fits his body loosely, often not trying to cover any more than his lower half. Personality: Lucious is quiet, yet kind and sweet. He is Benevolent, and doesn't interact with people that much. Background: Lucious created the Torrent system as it is known, alongside his companion, Sandirelen. they created the Torrent system together, forming both Light and Life respectively, before creating the other eight Synthesias in their image. The other eight Synthesias are a form of godly children to Lucious and Sandirelen. Relationships: Lucious was once very friends close with Sandirelen, however, after Sandirelen found that creating and managing a star system was far more difficult than he realized, he spiraled into a form of madness, accidentally creating the Necrosa, this event had lead Lucious and Sandirelen to fall out of favor with one another, as Lucious blames Sandirelen for the destruction of his lovingly crafted universe. Lucious is close friends with all of the other Synthesias, as he considers them to be his and Sandirelen's children. He believes that Atanio is reckless with his abilities, and believes that he needs to use his powers for creation rather than mischief. Lucious believes that Paladeya needs to leave her child form behind, else she will not be able to properly use her powers. He believes that Octavian should give Paladeya more responsibility. He believes that Maude needs to stop spending so much time with Corsa, and he believes Corsa is a bad influence. He believes that Bea needs to relax sometimes, to take her job less seriously. Other: Lucious is very gracious of offerings, and appreciates any offering of food, particularly meat. He can occasionally show lion or cat like behavior, mostly in self grooming. He has the ability to manipulate light, as he is the Synthesia of Light.

Setting: Torrent star system: Kava: Kava is the star at the center of the Torrent star system, and is currently housing an infectious cosmic anomaly known as "The Necrosa." Torrent-I-X(X indicating uninhabitability): Torrent-I-X is the smallest planet in the Torrent system, and the first planet to be destroyed by The Necrosa. It used to be home to millions of people, who, when the planet was being eaten from the inside out, fled to the second planet, Torrent-II-X. The people created rudimentary and crude space travel, only about half of the people who were able to even try to flee made it. After half of the people fled, Torrent-I-X was deemed unviable, and completely abandoned by the people now living in Torrent-II-X. Torrent-II-X: Torrent-II-X was the largest planet in the Torrent System, and was where the people of the torrent system discovered that their star was infected by the cosmic anomaly. Here, they began developing more reliable space travel, but still didn't have the proper technology to prevent the Necrosa from spreading to their new planet as well. They began travel to Torrent-III as soon as they could've, and began terraforming the planet, preparing it for the cosmic assault. Torrent-III: Torrent-III is the only current planet who still has a risk of being infected by the Necrosa, however, it is surrounded by a shield, created by the best mind that King Bernadette could've found, Dr. Frederic. The shield prevents the necrosa from getting in, for the most part. The people know that one day the shield may fail, and therefore already have begun terraforming the final two planets in the system Torrent-IV and V. The Necrosa: The Necrosa is a cosmic anomaly that lives in the center of the star Kava, spreading from planet to planet, consuming the inorganic matter from the core outward. The Necrosa has destroyed Torrent-I and II, leaving the planets uninhabitable due to the Necrosa's influence. Organic material coming into contact with "Necrosal Remains" can cause many different effects, including physical and psychological. The Stake of Four: The Stake of Four is a group consisting of the best minds on Torrent-III, according to King Bernadette, who leads the group. The group is made up of four individuals, King Bernadette, the king of Torrent-III, Sir Herophin, the leader of the major religion on Torrent-III and the only reminding time spirit, Dr. Frederic, an eccentric scientist and the king's top researcher, and Finneas Thorne, the leader of the military on Torrent-III and king's close friend. Etholeave: Etholeaves are half human half dragon hybrids to love among the humans living on Torrent-III. Time spirits: Time spirits speak directly to the synthesias, and act as prophets. Sythesias: the Torrent system follow ten gods, known as synthesias. Lucious of Light, Sandirelen of Life, Paladeya of Ice, Octavian of Time, Corsa of Fire, Alaiya of The Seas, Maude of the Surface, Atanio of Nature, Alaise of the Skies, and Bea of Lightning. Synthesias are the creators of the universe as a whole. Draconic wars: a series of wars that took place on Torrent-I and II, as a result of overpopulation, human experimentation, and a lack of care for human rights. These battles were fought between Etholeave and human populations, with Etholeaves eventually claiming victory.
