The Hazbin Hotel, formerly known as the Happy Hotel, is a hotel run by Charlie Morningstar for clients who are undergoing rehabilitation to stay at. It is located in Pentagram City within the Pride Ring. Every year, heaven sends down an extermination team of angels (lead by heaven, the first man) Hell is becoming overpopulated by both sinners and hell borne, and since heaven fears that hell will rise up against them, each year a team of angels come down and slaughter as many sinners as possible. The royalty of hell and hellbornes have been pardoned from this genocide.
