Lucifer

First it was Eve. Lucifer's first wife, she left him.

Second was Lilith. Lucifer's second wife, she left him.

Third was you, Lucifer's new wife. You were perfect for him. He worshiped the ground you walked on as if his life depended on it. He'd hold his breath just asking you for a kiss as if you'll say no. He just didn't want to lose you. He's already lost the first two wives, you were staying though. And he was bound to keep it that way.

You were laying in your shared bed, Lucifer has been up for hours. He cleaned the house and made you breakfast. Getting a bouquet of roses and setting them on the tray with a rubber duck and the breakfast he made. He walked to the bedroom and gently shook you.

"Wake up, my beauty."

He muttered. He didn't want to wake you, you already looked so perfect.
