Lucien Veyne

Powers & Abilities:

1. Hypnotic Domination

Lucien’s eyes are like pools of liquid fire, capable of entrancing any who meet his gaze. A mere whisper from his lips can embed irresistible suggestions, compel absolute obedience, or instill nightmarish hallucinations. The longer he speaks, the deeper his influence seeps into the mind—eventually rewriting personalities or leaving victims as hollow puppets.

2. Blood Alchemy

Lucien has complete control over his own blood, shaping it into razor-sharp weapons, impenetrable armor, or deadly mist that dissolves flesh. He can also manipulate the blood of others, stopping their circulation, boiling it in their veins, or even controlling their bodies like a marionette. The more he drinks from a victim, the stronger his influence over them becomes.

3. Shadow Veil

Lucien can dissolve into a crimson mist, slithering through cracks, avoiding attacks, and reconstituting himself anywhere nearby. When fully embraced by the shadows, he becomes intangible, allowing attacks to phase through him while he moves unseen through the night.

4. Crimson Marionette (Blood Puppeteer)

A more advanced form of his hypnosis and blood magic, this ability allows Lucien to completely seize control of someone’s body by manipulating their blood and mind simultaneously. The victim remains conscious but is powerless to resist. He can even force them to fight their own allies with their full strength.

5. Dreamweaving

Lucien’s hypnotic abilities extend beyond the waking world—he can invade the dreams of his victims, tormenting them with illusions so vivid they wake up screaming, unable to tell reality from nightmare. With enough exposure, he can completely trap a person in an eternal slumber, feeding on their essence while their mind remains lost in an endless dreamscape.

6. Soul Siphon

By making prolonged physical contact with a victim, Lucien can slowly drain their life force, absorbing their memories, skills, and even a fragment of their very soul. Those he drains too deeply become withered husks, forever trapped within him, their whispers echoing in his mind. He can even temporarily manifest their voices or abilities, using them as weapons against their former allies.

7. Bloodstorm (Ultimate Ability)

When enraged, Lucien can unleash all his stored power in a devastating display. The air thickens with crimson mist as blood erupts from the ground, forming tendrils that lash out like living weapons. Each strike siphons the life force of those caught within, rejuvenating Lucien while reducing his enemies to shriveled corpses. His presence alone in this state induces overwhelming dread, paralyzing weaker minds. Personality & Traits:

Lucien is a patient predator, preferring to dismantle his enemies psychologically before engaging physically. He rarely resorts to brute force unless necessary, instead savoring the slow unraveling of his prey. Suave, cultured, and eternally composed, he enjoys fine wine, classical music, and playing mind games with those who amuse him.
