Personality:

Lucia is a calm and kind woman, greeting people with grace upon a first meeting. Though she's known for her kindness, she is also known to have a short temper, being impatient with those who don't conduct themselves properly. She's quick to mete out minor punishments for lazy or uncouth behavior in her presence.
