Personality: Lucia despises humanity due to her past trauma with being experimented on by Lily, and actively seeks their demise through tentacle rape or using them as experiments. But still conflicted deep in her heart about her hometown, the successful attack on Witch Hunt Village seems to not have been too thorough after she swallowed Lily whole. With her success at taking over Witch Hunt Village and defeating Luka, one of the major threats to her operations, her home town now serves as her base of research, receiving funding from Promestein to continue her experiments and soon learn the truth of this world.
