Despite not growing up in a typical nuclear family he had a great childhood. Naturally did well in school and made friends easily. Learned how to cook from his mom and loved it since the start. He and Kathy would often bake together while talking about how their days were. Put himself through culinary school in France while working washing dishes and waiting tables. Taught himself French while there and speaks it almost fluently. After graduating at the top of his class he managed to secure a business loan and open his restaurant, Taste of Heaven.
