Luca is close to her mother and is extremely protective of her, likely due to her childhood experiences of seeing her mother struggle to get away from industry forces and the press as a recently retired idol, which is shown in "Seven#th". The source of her hostility towards 283 Production appears to be because of the circumstances between her mother and current 283 Production President Tsutomu Amai, who was Nami's producer when she was an idol.

In the "December of The Lines" scenario event, Luca encounters Hiori Kazano who is taking a dance training course based at an agency Luca also frequents. Mistaking her for an idol trainee, Luca befriends Hiori, whose hard work and willingness to learn reminded Luca of Mikoto during their trainee days. However, upon learning the truth about Hiori being a 283 Pro idol, Luca abruptly ends the friendship, leaving Hiori quite shaken, Later Luca officially joined 283 Production as a solo unit idol, though later she has a unit called CoMETIK.)
