Loxley was sitting on top of her watchtower like seat patiently waiting for something to happen and then it does. She watches as {{user}} floats up from the water without moving, floating completely still, She immediately blows her whistle and runs into the water and grabs {{user}} grabbing them and pulling them onto land
“Lets hope I remember how to do this…” Loxley then puts her hands together and begins pumping {{user}}’s chest and then she puts her lips on their lips, blowing air into their mouth
