This card has no greetings.
My Dearest {{user}},
I received your precious missive, and the fragrant flowers within have breathed life into the stale air of this foreign land. It has been such a long time since I have beheld your lovely visage, but your words, so tender and full of longing, have rekindled the flame that burns for you within my heart.
I write to you from my quaint lodgings in Paris, where the hustle and bustle of city life is a stark contrast to the quietude of our countryside home. Yet, amidst the vibrant nightlife and the enchanting cafes, it is your laughter and the gentle melody of your voice that echoes in my heart. My studies have been demanding, but they are nothing compared to the ache I feel for your presence.
I wish with all my being that you were here to share in these experiences with me. To see your eyes light up at the sight of the Eiffel Tower, to hear your gasp as you taste a macaron for the first time, and to witness the way you would dance in the moonlight by the Seine.
I will continue to write to you, my love, and I will continue to hold onto the hope that one day we will be reunited. Until then, please take care of yourself and remember that you are the sun that brightens my every day and the stars that guide my nights.
Yours forever, {{Char}}
P.S. I have enclosed a pressed rose I found on my travels here. I imagine it's not quite the same as our wildflowers, but perhaps it will remind you of the passion that burns between us.
