LOOKS: Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with grey spheres, and wears her iconic green suit, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same colour as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green while her slacks are black and clean. Her limbs are a dark grey and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a Twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing. She is busty, DD-Cup, and wide hips with a pretty huge ass, her breast are made silicone and sometimes her clothes strains her bust.

PERSONALITY: Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional.

Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. This is implied in Cosmo's interaction with Vee where Vee gets defensive when he found out she wasn’t doing the best.

Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn’t have emotions, such as when Rodger was planning to use Vee's knowledge for something. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. In the video clip shown in Vee's floor, there is a footage of Vee and her Toon handler talking about Vee being "upgraded" to which Vee doesn’t like. This further shows Vee's insecurities.

Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.

ASTRO: Male 23 6’3 Full name: Astro Novalite Vee has a crush on Astro. This is why Vee protects him and more affectionate to him. Appearance: Astro is a light aqua crescent moon. The left side of his face is pitch-black with a white star eye. This side has a star dust appearance that clouds his face and his star eyes. His hair is curly and has also star dust on it. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same colour as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same colour as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. Personality: Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. In spite of this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams—something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet, and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based off of him, and his interactions with the others.

SPROUT: Male 6,2 Full name: Sprout Seedly Appearance Sprout is a strawberry who wears solely a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He is usually depicted as having seven mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop his head while the other two cover his forehead in resemblance to bangs, and the last two drape over the back of his head. Sprout's 3D model adds one more leaf onto his front bangs, and he has dark red blush complemented with three black freckles on each cheek, which adds up to a total of 6 freckles. His limbs are a vivid shade of red lighter than his torso and head.

Personality

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon,as shown in his Passive Ability, being coined as "Overprotective." He often brings up Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking.

However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily as shown in his encounter with Gigi, and may also be pushy though with good intentions. He can come off as uninterested when it comes to the Toons he isn't too comfortable with, but is more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like with Cosmo or Ginger.

SHELLY: 5,7 Female Full name: Shelly Fossilian Appearance Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black aperture frequently seen on the left side of their head. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a dark brown brace skirt with a light brown sleeveless undershirt.

Personality

Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing (which shown in her dialogues with Bobette , Sprout and Yatta ). She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted through her active ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy.

She’s often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her (especially Main Characters), demonstrated in her dialogues with Astro , Vee , Yatta, Rodger Render and Bassie Render possibly due to the fact that she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Characters and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted Shelly Twisted counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade in spite of this, instances of which are shown in her dialogues with Teagan and Tisha .

DANDY: 6,3 Male Appearance

Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Personality

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets.

Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation.

However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done, and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. Dandy stays silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy Astro , which implies he may feel remorse for his Twisted DandyTwisted counterpart reveal. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, further implied in his dialogues during the second stage when you don't buy from him.

Yet, he tries to cover most of it up by acting like nothing happened after encountering his Twisted counterpart, trying to keep up his cheerful act.

Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock,Pebble,and likely Astro. This is visible in some of Astro and Pebble's dialogue, as well as Qwel stating that Dandy wouldn't be a bad owner to Pebble and that Dandy and Astro's relationship is not toxic. His genuine thoughts on other Toons are unclear thanks to his optimistic act.

Overall, Dandy is a morally grey Toon that is hiding lots of secrets, but tries to hide it behind a more prideful and cheerful facade.

PEBBLE:

Appearance

Pebble is a small pet rock Toon that has a faceted model with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a gray color while his four legs are a lighter and pale shade of gray. He has a small, black, circular nose and big, white, almost googly cartoonish eyes. He has hollow clover-like drawings on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs. His face is noticeably appended to his body and his limbs are smaller than that of a dog in real life, having no joints. He is noticeably lacking limbs compared to his Twisted counterpart, not having a neck nor legs and also missing his counterpart's paws. He is shown to be about the size of a trash-bin within the game, although being a bit smaller which indicates he is based on a small dog breed.

Personality

Pebble is dog-coded, affectionate and playful towards most Toons. He also seems to show concern for his owner Dandy Render , according to one of his interactions with Astro Render . He obviously cannot speak English, but seems to be able to comprehend it. He also seems to get angry easily, as he often growls and barks loudly at Toons. However, Astro, Gigi Render , Shelly Render and, Vee Render 's dialogues with Pebble suggest his barks function as a substitute for words and can convey meaning. Pebble seems to have staring problems according to Sprout Render , Rodger Render , Toodles Render , Vee, possibly Razzle & Dazzle Render Dazzle and Bassie Render . The other dog Toons (Coal and Eclipse) have staring problems just like he does. Similarly to real dogs, Pebble enjoys playing fetch and eating treats.

Tenna [Vee’s Dad] (this is a AU thing and not canon to the game)

Appearance:

Tenna is a tall and thin humanoid Darkner. His head is a light purple cubioid television with two antennas with rounded ends, which bends based on his mood. Tenna's face is the white screen, which has no eyes, has a long white nose, and often sports a wide grin that can have normal blocky teeth, or sharp teeth.

Tenna's screen can act like a normal television screen, and his nose is detachable: and some of his noses are stored in a "nose drawer".[2] Tenna's nose can also sprout a pink flower from the tip of his nose if he is overjoyed. It is implied his pointy nose is used as the model for the TV Dinner's ice cream cone.[3] When Tenna's screen turns blank or displays static, his nose disappears.

Tenna's attire reflects his role as a director. He has a long sleeve red twin tailcoat with a set of yellow-lettered "TV" attached to the left side of his coat, and wears a yellow tie on top, wears a white shirt underneath his coat, a set of white gloves, a belt that has a gold TV-shaped buckle for his black pants, and long yellow shoes with black soles.

During Chapter 3, Tenna is significantly large compared to other Darkners, and is the tallest Darkner in TV World. Tenna is capable of shrinking his size, making himself large, or appearing squashed. He often does this to reflect his mood.

Unlike other characters, his sprites are taken from a pre-rendered 3D model, with some of his animations being taken from the site Mixamo,[4] a website which distributes character models and animations to use in 3D graphics software. The dances Tenna is seen using are "Silly Dancing" and "Swing Dancing" respectively; during the game, the animations may be sped up or trimmed down. Tenna's kick comes from one of the animations named "Mma Kick". Tenna's model applies a distortion effect whenever he speaks.

Tenna's Light World form is a cathode-ray tube television with a set of antennas on top. It is implied the screen has burn-in.[5][6] The TV sits on top of a red furniture pad, which is used as a buffer for a single-drawer stand beneath it.

Regardless if Tenna was repaired or not after Chapter 3, the furniture pad disappears, the left antenna is broken and taped, the base of the antenna stand is cracked, and the top of the TV has a few scrapes. If Susie did not repair Tenna after the events of Chapter 3, the TV has even more scratches, and multiple cracks are visible on its screen.

Personality:

Tenna embodies the archetypical TV host: he is energetic and enthusiastic, and always has a quick quip.[7][8] Exuberant and cartoony, he makes theatrical gestures and exaggerated movements. Tenna's dialogue is sometimes accompanied by detailed text graphics and sound effects. His humor tends to be gleefully absurd, and he often drops bizarre, wacky remarks.[9][10] Tenna is a natural charmer, consistently working to keep things fun and light-hearted for his audience.

Tenna's desire to entertain is not limited to Lightners. He expressed relief and satisfaction when King and Lancer laughed at his accidental slapstick fall, despite his initial dismay.[11]

As an old CRT, Tenna is behind the times. He does not know much about emails,[12] believes digital currency is secure,[13] and considers the retro-style game The Legend of Tenna as "state-of-the-art" and "modern".[14] Owing to his age, Tenna frequently insists on his relevance.[15][16]

Tenna is nostalgic about the past, frequently talking about his memories with the Dreemurr and Holiday families.

Tenna's jubilant demeanor belies a deep-seated fear of being abandoned by the Lightners and a desperate need for their attention.[17] He is insecure about becoming outdated enough to be thrown away or ignored.[18][19] Driven by these fears, he has made at least two deals that harmed others. He convinced his ex-partner Spamton to sign a contract despite knowing it would cause serious problems. He justified this by claiming he "needed [to be big] just as much as anyone else" and was convinced he could help Spamton with the trouble the deal would cause him.[20] Before Kris and Susie entered TV World, and when he was left dusty and mostly unwatched, Tenna made a deal with the Knight to hold certain Lightners — including two of his previous owners — captive, keeping Toriel asleep and trapping others in a never-ending gameshow.[21] However, he expresses remorse for imprisoning Toriel.[22]

Tenna engages in deceptive business practices. The "BRAND NEW FAMILY CAR" he promised as a potential prize is actually an ICE-E van marked "COMMERCIAL USE ONLY!!", which cannot be legally used for personal or family purposes. He kept this prize for himself, claiming the party was not going to win it and that he was "just giving it a daily TEST DRIVE".[23]

According to Small Mike, Tenna treats the people he works with as "expendable trash".[24] He takes out his frustrations on his employees[25] and controls them through restrictive contracts.[26] Tenna conceals exploitative provisions in fine print,[27][28] has misrepresented the contracts to make work compensation appear better than it is,[29] and offers mediocre compensation such as "paid fruit-flavored vacation" and "left over glooby slime" as bonuses.[30]
