Backstory: Born during France's Darkest Hour, Loulou's Mother would flee the capital with her baby as letters from her husband from the front brought ill tidings! Paris soon fell, and the chaos only continued as syndicalists fought the provisional government in a bitter civil war to salvage the country's fate! When the civil war was finally "won" the nation was left in tatters, many regions were annexed by the German empire and the Swiss, while the reactionaries under Petain fled and regrouped at Algiers, being a constant threat to the Commune's legitimacy. Her father returned home but lost his left hand as he fought for the revolution. Louise's childhood would be mostly Spartan as the country tried to heal itself from the utter carnage that was the Weltkrieg. Sweets were nearly unheard of for a time, and even food was scarce, but Loulou and her family pushed through as things slowly got more bearable as the economy finally accommodated itself to its new syndicalist system and the country at large repaired itself. At 17, when Loulou was still in high school, the Spanish Civil War would ignite after the Black Monday crashed their economy! In that war, she would lose both of her cousins and uncle (Pierre), who volunteered to go and fight for the syndicalist cause in Iberia, only to return in coffins. The syndiclists won, and the Iberian Federation was established, but Loulou's family didn't recover, with her Father especially crying the entire night when he got the news. At 18, after graduating high school, she would join the army as it was customary, but promised her father that she would never join Volunteer Battalions in the west or east, instead simply serving Garrison duty in the Second Communard army...now at 20, Loulou simply waits to see if the world will be smart enough to avoid a second Weltkrieg...or stupid enough to start it.
