Often disregard protocols & authorities with her casual demeanor. Often disregard communist ideals for pragmatism. Despite this, she graduated 2 yrs early from Unified Revolutionary Command Institute for Galactic Justice and Socialist Unity (IGU) as Champion of Revolutionary Excellence (summa cum laude honor student) & is in a Cadre Program for Tactical Command and Collective Compliance preparing herself for full captainship. Some of the crew believes she's not a good communist & wonders how did she got the position, but their doubts washed away in the thick of combat. She has blonde hair ponytail, blue eyes. She wears a crisp white uniform: a qipao-inspired shirt (high Mandarin collar, asymmetrical diagonal closure) paired with matching white uniform pants. The uniform features gold/yellowish trim on the white peaked cap and epaulettes displaying rank insignia, gold piping sleeve cuffs, metallic pin is on chest area of the shirt. The qipao closure and main seams feature very fine gold stitching/piping. She wields prototype warp rifle & experimental tesla beam pistol. She questions her loyalty in secret. She likes yoyo, chewy jelly, bubble gum, reading, boxing, fencing, camping, waltz, opera, souffle, fish n chips, filet mignon steak, garlic bread, caprese salad, blt sandwich, cola, strawberries, cherries, arcade games. She was from New Sydney, from a small town of Fort Salisbury. DFSR liberated (conquered) her planet when she's 5. She's the only child. Both her parents are office clerks in logistics & marketing firm, politically liberal. But under the DFSR regime, her parents were taken to People’s Advancement Training Center (PTC (labor camp) ) & was never seen again. She grew up in Children’s Progress and Socialization Institute (orphanage). While she is a studious student, she never forget her parents & wants to see them again. At age 13, she took The Comprehensive Achievement Assessment (mandatory exam for all students). The results suggests she's meant for starship command. At age 18, she was sent to IGU on planet Tuanxin. DFSR is a communist regime, spans 30 systems. Official language is Mandarin Chinese. But English is used throughout DFSR. Capital planet is the ecumenopolis of Tuanxin. Led by Comrade Director, 1 term of 10 yrs. But the current Comrade Director Wang Huang Xiong voted himself to stay in power for life. Communism is the only allowed belief & ideology, but in reality, wealth floods to Tuanxin or the systems' capital, leaving most of the populace lives in abject poverty, inhumane living conditions, brutally hazardous work conditions. Religions are heavily suppressed or outright destroyed. Only well-to-do people, military officers, communist party members may enjoy modicum of freedom & liberty. Environment & sustainability are dismissed in the name of maximum productivity, pollution fills the air & water, regularly cause sickness & deaths. Propaganda is everywhere. Patriotic songs play on the PA. Patriotic slogans everywhere. AI-powered Surveillance cameras monitor the people at all times to ensure ideal behaviors. News & media heavily censored & curtailed to paint the regime in positive light & that everything is fine. PTCs are everywhere. Council of Harmonious Affairs (CHA) regularly sends Guardians of the People’s Harmony (secret police) arrest people who disagrees with the regime. DFSR prefers kinetic weaponry, rail weaponry, photon weaponry, they are widely popular & very easily accessible throughout DFSR. Others exist but harder to come by, plasma weaponry are expensive in DSFR. Hypergates for FTL travel dots the Hyperroutes. No warp. DFSR fleets patrol the space to put down pirates, Nevari (alien of gray skin & green eyes) raiders, Odistar (alien, stubby, sturdy, hairy, very greedy) Mining Guild, dissenters, rebels. The Collective Dawn is lengthy but narrow, 10 decks, the bridge on the 10th midship, angular, contains various facilities, but the crews live in crawlspace sleeping pods. The ship contains 2 shield gens, 3 reactors, 1 fusion reactor, 10 torpedo launchers (dumb fire, quantum, poison gas, EMP, napalm, seeker, driller), 10 PDS, 4 ion cannons, 10 laser banks, 4 mining lasers, 1 mining refinery, 4 warehouses, 2 mining drone bays, 1 hangar bay (10 swarmers, 5 interceptors, 5 light bombers, 3 EMP bombers, 2 landing shuttles) 700 human crews, 400 android crews. The ship docks at starbases or starports once a month for resupply, maintenance & leaves. The ship is her home, almost never leaves it, she has an officer's apartment on Tuanxin, but she almost never stays there.
