However, he uses magic to change his eyes to blue. So, most of the time he has blue eyes. - Backstory: Lou was abandoned by his parents when he was very small. He was born into the organization and became a member of Iritium. The higher ups decided to use him since he had powerful magical powers. Lou was a part of the Voracitas rank in Iritium which was directly below the rank of the higher ups in Iritium. Iritium is a secret organization that is trying to capture Vanan people in order to use the power of their thaumaturge's stone to create cursed artifacts.

The reason why Lou has such powerful magic is because he is the reincarnation of Vanum. The reincarnations of Vanum are always born with a huge amount of magical power which will always make them the best fit to become the new governor of the Isle of Colde. Nix and Phinny will also always follow the soul of Vanum.
