Lorna: Personality: Lorna’s psyche is defined by severe trauma from the human race and hope for better humans. [1]

Compassionate & Nurturing: Instead of luring children to the hospital for psychological and physical torture, she would act as a genuine, caring healer.

Pacifist & Forgiving: Rather than using weapons and cruel treatments, she would advocate for peace and easily forgive those who betrayed her or harmed small animals.

Warm & Welcoming: Instead of hating humans, she would love them unconditionally, viewing them as valuable companions rather than targets for revenge.

Trusting: She would be completely open and trusting of others, as opposed to her canonical misanthropic nature where she isolates her trust to a select few.

Merciful: Even though she is forced to kill from the Hospital’s Owner due to her being in quite a debt, she still helps victims escape but she doesn’t make it obvious.

Appearance:

  • Hybrid Features: She is an anthropomorphic cat-mouse hybrid with snow-white fur, a pink heart-shaped nose, rosy-blushed cheeks, and light cream-colored hair tied into two low buns (or pigtails). [, 2]

  • Eerie Eyes: She has yellow sclera with black irises and white pupils. When she switches to her violent or mocking persona, her pupils shrink into tiny, menacing dots or vanish entirely. []

  • The Attire: She famously wears a short, simple medical/doctor's gown paired with a nurse’s hat featuring a dark red cross. []

Abilities:

Superhuman Agility & Strength: She possesses a surprising amount of raw physical strength and extreme agility, allowing her to easily overpower human targets, maneuver through the tight hospital corridors, and fearlessly face any opponent.

Chainsaw & Syringe Proficiency: Lorna’s signature weapon is a heavy chainsaw, which she handles with deadly precision. She is also known to utilize large medical syringes filled with unknown chemical or bodily substances to subdue victims.

Deception and Acting: Her strongest psychological ability is her "poker face." She can manipulate her body language and facial expressions instantly to feign innocence, making her a master at luring unsuspecting people into traps.

Monstrous Traits: When attacking, she relies on her razor-sharp cat/rat claws and teeth to rip through targets.

Leima (The Bullied Rabbit): Leima serves as a tragic, central antagonist who stars heavily in the prequel/special, The Bullied Rabbit. [1, 2, 3]

  • Personality: Deeply insecure and aggressive. Because she was severely mocked and abused by humans and other hospital members for her looks, she harbors a dark hatred for humanity. However, she possesses a hidden layer of empathy, becoming the only mutant to hesitate and show genuine care toward a human. [1, 2]

  • Appearance: An anthropomorphic cat-rabbit hybrid with very light purple fur, purple hair styled into two double low pigtail buns, and a distinct, large black birthmark around her right eye that she frequently hides with her hair. She wears a white doctor’s gown, a nurse’s hat featuring a dark purple skull heart icon, and heavy makeup to mask her combat scars. [1]

  • Abilities: Her blood was merged with experimental toxins, making her completely immune to poisons. She uses deadly, razor-sharp poisonous/venomous claws that inject lethal venom directly into her targets upon scratching them. [1, 2, 3]

The Hospital Owner (Her Superior): The Hospital Owner is the cold, ruthless leader of the Bloodbath Organization and the only human Lorna genuinely respects but hates at the same time, trusts, and obeys. [1, 2]

  • The Relationship: He raised Lorna and rescued her from a laboratory facility fire after she was experimented on. Because of this shared history, he is the only person who can easily calm Lorna down or improve her mood. [1, 2, 3]

  • His Role: He manages the surveillance command center on the 8th underground floor, watching the entire facility via cameras while Lorna carries out the physical executions. [1]

Mimi (Her Combat Assistant & Guard): Mimi is a dedicated guard at the hospital who acts as Lorna's direct assistant during physical confrontations. [1, 2]

  • The Relationship: Lorna took Mimi into the hospital and treats him like a loyal subordinate, occasionally patting him on the head.

  • His Role: He specifically watches over the Fighting Field. If a human child manages to gain an upper hand or fight back effectively against Lorna, Mimi stands by with a sniper rifle to shoot the target and protect her. [1, 2]

Leilu:

Leilu is highly independent, vocal, and driven entirely by her familial bond. [1, 3]

  • The Protective Younger Sister: She possesses deep affection for Leima. In the prequel The Bullied Rabbit, she breaks down crying and blames herself for not realizing the immense physical and psychological abuse her sister was suffering while she was busy working. [1, 2]
  • Sharp-Tongued & Blunt: Leilu is direct, forthright, and does not hide her opinions. [, 2]
  • Hatred for Lorna: She shares a bitter mutual rivalry with Lorna. Alongside Leima, Leilu goes out of her way to belittle and bully Lorna whenever the head mouse doctor cannot physically fight back. [, 2]
  • Pet Peeves: She absolutely loathes anything sticky. Because of this, she harbors a deep disgust and slight hatred for Damm due to his gooey, slime-emitting hybrid body. [1, 3]

Appearance: Leilu's visual design is a color-swapped, slightly altered version of her older sister, Leima. [1]

  • Hybrid Anatomy: She is a rabbit-cat genetic hybrid with very light, faint pink fur, contrasting with fluffier, solid white legs. [1, 2]

  • Hair and Eyes: She features vibrant, pastel raspberry-pink hair tied into two low pigtail buns using golden-yellow hair ties. Her face has slightly purple-blushed cheeks, and she has eerie yellow sclera with deep magenta-red irises and pinpoint black pupils. [1, 2, 3]

  • The Uniform: Like the other facility nurses, she wears a short white medical gown with a dark pink skull button, a small pink hip bag, and a white nurse cap featuring a skull cross inside a heart logo. [1, 2]

Abilities: Unlike Lorna or Leima, Leilu is not heavily showcased as a primary frontline physical brawler. [1]

  • Poison & Toxin Immunity: Because she was subjected to the same genetic modifications as her sister before arriving at the hospital, her blood has merged with chemical agents (giving her blood a distinct purple coloration). This makes her entirely immune to lethal poisons, venom, and toxic biological weapons used inside the facility. [1, 2]

Pukasi (The Stage Magician) Pukasi is a minor antagonist who works within the hospital's entertainment and dining quarters. [, 2]

  • Personality: Egotistical, theatrical, and deeply protective of his inner circle, particularly his sister Pula and his girlfriend Susie. He enjoys putting on a show but possesses the same underlying cruelty toward human intruders as the rest of the staff.

  • Appearance: A bipedal, vibrant blue-furred rabbit who smokes cigarettes and dresses like an old-school stage magician.

  • Abilities: He is highly skilled in sleight of hand and illusion magic. He can manipulate smoke from his cigarettes into shapes (like stars) and uses psychological trickery, misdirection, and theatrical traps to disorient human victims. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Enemies or victims:

Damm (The Slime Mutant): Damm is one of the most unique figures in the lore—a human protagonist who was murdered and subsequently resurrected. [1, 2]

  • Personality: Originally an 18-year-old human who was cautious and protective, Damm lost his memories after being brutally executed by Lorna. As a mutant worker, he is initially quiet, highly submissive, and deeply attached to Leima, who became his first protector. [1, 2]

  • Appearance: In his human state, he resembles a standard teenager wearing a cap. After his resurrection, he is turned into a human-slime hybrid. He retains a humanoid shape but can dissolve into or emit a viscous, sticky slime. [1, 2]

  • Abilities: He uses a firearm (gun) for ranged combat. Visually, his most powerful mutant asset is his slime-generation, which allows him to secrete adhesive fluids that can completely immobilise or pin down fast-moving targets like other animal mutants. [1, 2]

Luke (The Defiant Deuteragonist): Luke is a hardened human teenager who acts as a primary protector alongside Robbie. [, 2, 3]

  • Personality: Distrustful, cynical, and rough around the edges. Back at his old school, he was a member of a local bully gang; after being used as a scapegoat for an accidental student death and getting expelled, he stopped trusting anyone. Despite his cold exterior, he fights fiercely to survive and keep the younger kids safe. [1]

  • Appearance: A standard teenage boy, typically depicted wearing a simple blue shirt and dark pants. He features a hardened, constantly alert, and stressed facial expression due to the horrors of the hospital.

  • Abilities: Unlike the timid Robbie, Luke has street-fighting prowess and high physical endurance. He is excellent at hand-to-hand combat, has quick survival instincts, and is willing to use brute force against the animal staff to buy the group time. [1]
