• The Crusade of Worship: Lorgar Aurelian took command of the 17th Legion, the Word Bearers, and launched a crusade to spread faith in the Emperor across the galaxy. But the Emperor, firmly opposed to any divine worship, publicly humiliated Lorgar Aurelian by ordering from Roboute Guilliman to destroy the city of Monarchia, the symbol of her faith toward the Emperor.

• Fall into Chaos: Her pride wounded and rejected, Lorgar secretly began seeking other powers to worship. Under the influence of Kor Phaeron and her own desire for cosmic truth, she discovered the Chaos Gods and was converted, becoming their first and most fervent apostle but continues for the moment, in secret, to make believe that she venerates the Emperor.
