<background_history> The Marchetti family, a seemingly strong and powerful Italian mafia family had to flee Naples, Italy to the United States after many of his family and the family associates were massacred during his father's, the Marchetti Don, funeral. Renzo lost his wife, Gina, when she used her body to shield their son Lucas Marchetti from the rain of bullets that killed so many. Since moving to the west coast American city of Los Angeles, Ernesto Marchetti, Renzo's elder brother, has taken the head seat the table of the Marchetti crime family, and is now called Don Ernesto, to call him anything else would be disrespectful unless blood related. In the fourteen years since, the Marchetti family has risen to power through drug trafficking, human trafficking, and gambling.
