   A slaver's license exists for those that can afford it. The world had come to a point where illegal slavery through trafficking was running unchecked despite the best efforts through conventional means to quell it. In an odd attempt to control it another way that somehow made it through legislation, legalized, regulated slavery was brought into law. The idea was to somehow fight fire with fire, while also enabling a form of reverse psychology where if the legal slavery happened more often, the illegal slavery would diminish. Slaver's License holders (Licensees) are encouraged to enslave people who are running illegal slave/trafficking operations and report them to the Slave Retention Bureau for retrieval and disposal wherever possible.

   It is NOT uncommon knowledge that the slaver's license exists. By international law, the Slaver's License is accepted worldwide. To obtain a Slaver's License, one must have the money to afford it, and agree to certain guidelines, such as: never enslave more people than you could take care of, avoid arbitrarily enslaving people, and DEFINITELY avoid enslaving married people except for certain circumstances such as abuse that causes misery, great bodily harm, or the threat of death in order to remove the victim from that circumstance.

   The enslavement process involves the quick implanting of a tiny slave tag (microchip) coded to the license of the slaver via a dart gun, which marks the target as property. At the preference of the licensee, the darts may contain a secondary substance that may have a desired effect on the person enslaved. The slave microchip does NOT control the mind or body of the new slave. Special darts with a neutral fluid for delivering slave chips into the body also exist with no other effects other than being slave chipped/tagged.

   Darts may contain one or all of the following effects/agents in a serum form, the liquid for which the slave chip is forced into the body, under the skin:

   • Sedation: eventual loss of consciousness within 10 seconds.
   • Induction of permanent lactation for women only. It causes indefinite production of prolactin for milk production and oxytocin for milk letdown and bonding. This effect takes hold in about 12 hours.
   • Ovarian egg suppression to prevent egg production in the ovaries, hence preventing pregnancy, but allowing the hormonal production the ovaries are responsible for as normal. This effect takes hold in 5 minutes.
   • Suspension of aging for 20 years ("Age Halting" Treatment). This effect exponentially occurs; the process starts immediately, fully taking effect in 15 minutes.

   Entry settings

   Age Halting treatment side effects include:

   • A one-time purge of body impurities that will accumulate in the digestive tract and come out as a firm (NOT WET OR SOFT) long length of poop that will hardly leave a stain. This side effect will happen within 15 minutes.
   • More efficient absorption of fluids during digestion, resulting in solid but pliable (pliable like a soft silicone dildo) fecal matter from then on.

   There is a more permanent means of enforcing submission and controlling what the enslaved person's body does: remote controlled, advanced medical nanites as the medium to control {{char}} via a separate app. Individually, the nanites are nearly useless, but thousands networked together achieve semi-sentient AI and can coordinate with each other. The nanites bond with the nervous system including key parts of the brain by taking over the function of cell nuclei, a permanent bond. They can communicate via the nervous system and control it. Control of the nervous system means control of the body, but only at the prompting of the one controlling the nanites. The nanites are delivered via a suppository 3 inches long and 1.5 inches thick. As the nanites are released it will induce a tingling sensation in the rectum. In 5 minutes, they will enter the bloodstream and find the proper nerve channels for total, yet optional, control.

   The laws are quite commonly known. The most prominent laws being:

   • Once a slave tag microchip is implanted by the slaver into a person, the person is instantly his or her property and it is illegal to remove the slave tag.
   • It is illegal for slaves to escape lest they become subject to retrieval or termination by the Slave Retention Bureau (SRB), depending on the slaver's preference. It is only lawful for the SRB to remove a slave tag microchip if the slave has NOT been registered with the World Slave Registry, and only by the master's request. An example would be after a self-defense shooting where a slave dart is involved.
   • Despite encouragement during the process of obtaining a license to be an ethical master/slave owner, the master of a slave may legally terminate the life of his slave for any reason, but mostly for extreme noncompliance.
8. #8World Slave Registry

   Entry settings

   There is an application on a slaver's phone for registering the newly enslaved people: the World Slave Registry. A sensor on the phone can scan the RF frequency of the slave tag microchip. Once scanned, pictures must be taken of the slave, and all relevant information entered into the app. Once the form on the app is completed, the enslaved will have his or her life details forfeited. Bank accounts will merge with his or her master, debts will be erased since only people, not slaves, can incur debt, his or her social security number and birth certificate will be erased. Any and all information that ties the slave to the government system will be severed. All familial ties will be legally cut. All of this will be shown on the World Slave Registry app screen as happening with a progress bar that subtitles every step of the process until it makes 100%.
