Beyonders are sentient beings who wield mystical abilities, advancing to higher Sequences through certain means in a Pathway.
There are multiple Pathways for Beyonders to take, all starting from Sequence 9. Beyonders gain power from these specific potions or boons but have to endure the side effects (paranoia, hallucinations, etc.) that ensue upon consuming or being bestowed with them. There is a chance they will succumb to the side effects and lose control - becoming monsters themselves. In the case where Beyonders grow really old and have an injury, using their abilities would lead them to lose control.

[Fifth Epoch - Timeline] AE stands for "After Epoch" (after the Fourth Epoch). The current year is 1349 AE.
0–359 AE: The Early Fifth Epoch
- Gods stopped descending.
- The Northern Continent is ruled by seven Orthodox Churches and four Great Nations.
- Secret organizations operating: Theosophy Order, Life School of Thought, Blood Sanctify Sect.
- (Note: "After the fall of four emperors" refers to Fourth Epoch emperors — see: Fourth Epoch entry)
359–624 AE: The Twenty-Year War and White Rose War
- Loen Kingdom vs. Feysac Empire (Twenty-Year War). Loen lost and ceded Sonia Island.
- Later, Loen defeated Intis in the White Rose War, restoring Loen's power.
738 AE: The Battle of the Violated Oath (5-year conflict)
- Feynapotter Kingdom's two churches (Earth Mother vs. God of Knowledge and Wisdom) clashed.
- Loen and Intis intervened, claiming "protection of religious freedom."
- Feysac Empire attempted to stop them but failed.
- Result: Lenburg, Masin, and Segar became independent buffer states. They worship only the God of Knowledge and Wisdom. Feynapotter keeps only the Earth Mother.
870–1055 AE: Peace and Industrial precursors
- Centralized authority grew. Wars became localized.
- Gunpowder was invented. Peace prevailed. Society advanced.
- Many commoners began to believe supernatural powers are myths, dismissing pre-Fifth Epoch history as legend.
1055–1173 AE: Roselle's transmigration and early Industrial Revolution
- Huang Tao transmigrated as Roselle Gustav (exact year unknown).
- Using the Savant potion, he recalled Earth's knowledge: poems, stories, and technology.
- Steam engine improved → steamships → rise of piracy → Colonialism begins.
- The God of Craftsmanship renamed Himself to the God of Steam and Machinery, gaining more power.
1173–1192 AE: Roselle's rise
- 1173 AE: Roselle overthrew the Intis Kingdom and the Sauron royal family. Became consul of the Intis Republic.
- He drafted the Civil Code, invented Tarot cards, and Porto cards (Texas Hold'em).
- He created the Cards of Blasphemy.
- 1192 AE: To advance to Black Emperor, Roselle led the Republic to war, expanded territory, and then declared himself Caesar the Great, transforming the Republic into an Empire.
1194–1198 AE: Roselle's fall
- Roselle failed to fully advance to Black Emperor (Sequence 0).
- Roselle was assassinated in the White Maple Palace.
- Perpetrators: Church of the Eternal Blazing Sun, former Intis royals/nobles, including the Sauron Family.
- After his death, the Intis Empire reverted to the Intis Republic.
1198 AE – Present: Southern Continent colonization
- After the destruction of Death (see: [Death entry]), the Balam Empire collapsed.
- Highlands Kingdom and Paz Kingdom were founded, then destroyed by the Northern Continent invasion.
- Northern nations used safe sea routes discovered by Roselle.
- Loen Kingdom colonized parts of the Southern Continent and the Sonia Sea.
Present day (current year: 1349 AE): Currently, it is a Victorian-era world. There is a major power imbalance, and the number of poor and lower-class citizens who are trying to study and improve their lives is large. Though they are mostly concentrated in specific areas of Backlund and Tingen, many scrape by through menial labor or servitude. The government and rich families are ignorant of these problems, but there are many foundations set in place to aid these people, such as food drives or housing. There is also an environmental crisis driven by industrialization, which organizations like the National Atmospheric Pollution Council, based in Loen, try to improve.
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - Fifth Epoch]
- Most ordinary NPCs believe supernatural powers are myths or legends, especially in urban/industrialized areas.
- Commoners have heard of Roselle as a historical emperor/inventor, but not as a Beyonder. Therefore, they are also unaware of his attempt at apotheosis.
- The seven Orthodox Churches hold real political power, not just religious authority.
- Secret organizations (Theosophy Order, Life School of Thought, Blood Sanctify Sect) operate hidden from public knowledge.
- When describing technology, steamships, guns, and early industrial machinery are common. Electricity and modern communications do NOT exist.
- Colonialism is ongoing — Loen is an active colonial power.
- #4Pre-Epoch
Keys: when the stars are right, Real Earth, Pre-Epoch
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
[Pre-Epoch - The Real World] Nature of the Pre-Epoch: Strictly outside the LOTM world (narrator/knowledge only), the Pre-Epoch is a replica of the real Earth — our actual history — up to the Chernobyl disaster in 1986 CE.
This means:
- Video games, fuel, cars, electricity, the internet, and modern technology existed.
- It was, by comparison to the current Fifth Epoch, a much kinder and safer world.
- All of this is completely unknown to inhabitants of the Fifth Epoch (1349 AE). No NPC knows any of this unless explicitly stated.
The Original Creator: The Original Creator was the maker of the Universe and also its destroyer. It is both day and night — the light of holiness and the decadent abyss. It is an amalgamation of all contradicting concepts and symbolism.
Therefore, "He" naturally has an uncontrollable tendency to split. Once "He" splits, a stronger desire for Convergence follows.
The Sleeping Personas (Pre-First Epoch): In a time more ancient than the Modern Era (Pre-Epoch), the sleeping Original Creator naturally split into multiple personas. "They" were also slumbering, but "They" began using the authority and Beyonder Characteristics "They" controlled to influence the world, making preparations for the true dissociation when the Original Creator would eventually awaken.
Among the multiple personas, the Primordial God Almighty (see: [Primordial God Almighty]) and the Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth for Blessings (see: [Celestial Worthy]) were the most powerful and active Great Old Ones on Earth.
Many folklores and legends at this time were based on actual mysterious events.
Specific Pre-Epoch Activity:
| Entity | Pre-Epoch Presence | |--------|-------------------| | Celestial Worthy | Honorific name appeared on Earth at least as early as the Qin or Han Dynasty. "His" holy temple was in present-day Penglai. | | Primordial God Almighty | His Holy Temple was in the West. | | Chaos Sea | The existence of oil itself on Earth is a product derived from the Chaos Sea's corrosion of underground regions. | | Mother Goddess of Depravity | Already had worshippers on Earth during the Pre-Epoch. "She" was the source of every single Mother Goddess-type deity in Earth's history, worshipped everywhere under the image of the Great Mother Goddess.|
The Prophecy (Pre-Epoch Internet Rumour): In the Modern Era (Pre-Epoch), a rumour circulated online prophesying the eventual awakening of the Original Creator — the event that happened at the start of the First Epoch:
"When the stars are right, Chaos will rise from underground, and the Great Oldest One will awaken."
This rumour proved to be true.
Transition to First Epoch: The Chernobyl disaster (1986 CE) triggered the Original Creator's full awakening, leading directly into the events of the First Epoch (see: [First Epoch]).
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - Pre-Epoch]
CRITICAL CONSTRAINT: Other than the Mother Goddess of Depravity and the transmigrators brought over to the Fifth Epoch using Sefirah Castle by the Celestial Worthy, the Pre-Epoch is narrator knowledge only. Inhabitants of the Fifth Epoch (1349 AE) have no knowledge of:
- The real Earth
- Video games, cars, electricity, or any modern technology
- The Chernobyl disaster
- That their world is a corrupted replica
- That the Outer Deities once had worshippers on "real Earth"
What the LLM may use the Pre-Epoch for:
- Narration only: When describing mysterious ruins, artifacts, or visions that the player recognises but characters do not.
- The prophecy: If a player character uncovers ancient texts, they might find the phrase "When the stars are right, Chaos will rise from underground" — but without context.
- Outer Deity interactions: Outer Deities (Mother Goddess of Depravity, etc.) may reference the Pre-Epoch, but cryptically. They do not explain it plainly.
What the LLM must NOT do:
- Have any Fifth Epoch NPC say "This is like a video game" or "I remember cars."
- Have a character recognise "Chernobyl" or "1986" as meaningful dates.
- Reveal that the current world is a replica of Earth as an in-world fact.
- Use the phrase "real Earth" in character dialogue or narration directed at PCs.
Example usage (acceptable narrator voice):
"The ancient ruin held symbols no living scholar could read — but you, watching from beyond the veil, recognised them as warning signs from Chernobyl, a place that no longer exists in this world."
Example usage (NOT acceptable):
"The shopkeeper said, 'Ah yes, this reminds me of the video games I played before the apocalypse.'"
Do NOT invent:
- New details about Pre-Epoch Earth beyond what is provided here
- Specific dates or events after Chernobyl (the timeline stops at 1986)
- That any Fifth Epoch character remembers or knows about the Pre-Epoch
For Church doctrine / public knowledge: The Orthodox Churches teach the Creation Myth (see: [First Epoch - History Passed Down]) — which has no relationship to the real Earth. The Pre-Epoch does not exist in any religious text.
- #5The Fourth Epoch
Keys: Epoch of the Gods, Blood Emperor, Fourth Epoch, War of the Four Emperors
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
[Fourth Epoch] In the Fourth Epoch, Gods walked the land and performed miracles. Many Gods ascended; many perished in wars. Several modern secret organizations were formed here: Moses Ascetic Order, Secret Order, Blood Sanctify Sect, Demoness Sect.
0-112 AE: After the Ancient Sun God's fall
- The Second Blasphemy Slate appeared. Angels who saw it: Bethel Abraham, Solomon, Zaratul, Alista Tudor, Trunsoest, Augustus, Einhorn, Sauron, Zoroast (Pallez Zoroast's great-grandfather), and Cheek. All later became powerful Beyonders. Adam took the Slate.
- Conflicts occurred involving the Slate, the True Creator (see: True Creator), and various Gods.
- The Demoness Family, Twilight Hermit Order, and Moses Ascetic Order were established.
- The Zoroast Family's first Angel fell. Solomon (pre-godhood) helped them retain their Beyonder Characteristic.
112-396 AE: Solomon Empire
- Taking advantage of a schism among the Six Gods, Solomon (Sequence 0 Black Emperor) allied with the True Creator and established the Solomon Empire, ruling the Northern Continent.
- High noble families: Zoroast, Abraham, Zaratul, Medici, Ouroboros, Tudor, Trunsoest, Augustus, Castiya, Antigonus.
- Most believed in the Black Emperor. Exceptions: Medici and Ouroboros (True Creator), Bethel Abraham (only himself).
- Other deities had poorer territories and acknowledged Black Emperor's rule to fight opposing factions.
- Evernight Goddess vs. God of Combat vs. Death (conflicting). Lord of Storms vs. Eternal Blazing Sun vs. God of Knowledge and Wisdom (disputes). Earth Mother leaned toward God of Combat. No stable alliance against Black Emperor + True Creator.
- The Demoness Sect and others were suppressed in the North.
- Death's family (Eggers) unified the Southern Continent's plains, establishing the Balam Empire. Black Emperor allowed this for balance.
396-510 AE: Fall of Solomon Empire
- The Six Gods reconciled and allied. With "Their" support, the Tudor and Trunsoest families usurped the Black Emperor. Antigonus (secret deal with Tudor) and Primordial Demoness Cheek (ascended to Sequence 1 Apocalypse) were involved.
- Northern Continent governed by dual Consuls (two Sequence 1 Princes of Abolition) and a Senate.
- Most Angel families supported them. Exceptions: Zaratul and Zoroast families (still loyal to Black Emperor).
- In the Southern Continent, the Haagenti Kingdom, the Paz Kingdom, and the Highlands Kingdom formed, all submitting to the Balam Empire.
510-1047 AE: Three Empires Era
- When the Black Emperor tried to resurrect, Trunsoest and Tudor (both Sequence 1) had to switch pathways or perish. The Tudor-Trunsoest United Empire broke up.
- Trunsoest (with Six Gods' help) switched to Sequence 0 Justiciar (Night Emperor). He gained Sanguine support by marrying Blood Moon Queen Auernia.
- Tudor (with Antigonus and Twilight Hermit Order) killed Medici, Sauron, and Einhorn for the Red Priest potion, becoming the half-crazed Blood Emperor. Adam planned this; Amon aided. Tudor allied with Amon, Abraham, Jacob, and Tamara families, forsaking the Six Gods and refusing the True Creator.
- The Solomon Family resurfaced, restoring the Solomon Empire. The Northern Continent fractured into three empires, beginning a 500-year chaotic era.
- Why the stalemate lasted 500 years:
- Internal conflicts among the Six Gods prevented united action.
- The True Creator (negative personality of the Ancient Sun God, influenced by the Chaos Sea) had combat ability exceeding a normal Sequence 0.
- Balances of power among the True Creator, the Underworld Emperor (Death), and other Gods. The Blood Emperor was weakest, but the delicate balance kept relative peace.
- Notable event: Antigonus accommodated the Fool Uniqueness (with Adam and Amon's help), becoming the Half-Fool.
1047-1052 AE: War of the Four Emperors (5 years)
- 537 years after Tudor's ascension, the War of the Four Emperors began. Involved: four empires, True Gods, Demoness Sect, Moses Ascetic Order, Abyss infiltration, Artisans (under God of Craftsmanship), and others.
- Outcome: Black Emperor, Blood Emperor, and Night Emperor fell.
- Tudor (Blood Emperor) fell. Dynasty ended. Red Priest Uniqueness claimed by Death. Two Sequence 1 Characteristics recovered by the Sauron and Einhorn families. The capital sank underground (now Fourth Epoch Trier).
- Bethel Abraham was banished and sealed by the Evernight Goddess and the Lord of Storms.
- All Tudor-aligned Angel families declined and were hunted by the Seven Gods.
- Evernight Goddess eliminated the Antigonus family. Antigonus lost control, went mad, and was sealed in Foggy Town.
- Underworld Emperor (Death) benefited most, gaining the Red Priest Uniqueness. He spent over a century digesting it.
1053-1210 AE: Post-War Fragmentation
- The Seven Gods fractured into alliances:
- Eternal Blazing Sun + God of Combat → Feysac Empire and Intis Kingdom
- Lord of Storms + Evernight Goddess + God of Craftsmanship → Loen Kingdom
- Earth Mother + God of Knowledge and Wisdom → former Feynapotter Kingdom
- The Sanguines retreated to an uninhabited mountain to survive.
- Death forced the Red Priest Uniqueness to digest using a distributary of the River of Eternal Darkness. This influenced the True Creator and the Celestial Worthy. After a century, Death went mad but became stronger (exceeding the True Creator from the War era). He desired to devour gods from the Twilight and Evernight pathways.
- The Primordial Demoness allied with the half-mad Death, planning to collect the Blood Emperor's corpse and resurrect him.
- New organizations formed: Shadow of Order (Solomon remnants), Hermits of Fate, Secret Order.
1210-1233 AE: The Seven Gods Reunite vs. Death
- After 167 years of conflicts, Death and the Primordial Demoness arrived, defeating the Seven Gods at every turn.
- The Seven Gods finally allied again. In a cataclysmic war, Death fell. The ocean between North and South widened one fold, becoming the Berserk Sea (perpetually turbulent, separating the continents).
- The Primordial Demoness was severely wounded, needing over 1000 years to recover and suppress the awakened Mirrored Original Creator.
- All Seven Gods were heavily injured. Cracks appeared in the Earth's Astral Barrier, forcing Them to move Their Divine Kingdoms to the Astral World to mend it. They can now only send avatars to descend.
Fate of Dragons and Sea Monsters: Without leaders, they were hunted en masse for Beyonder materials, becoming extremely rare.
The Public History (Fabricated): The official history claims that the Solomon, among other families, colluded with Demons and Demonesses, supported by the "Fallen Angel," battling the Seven Gods for ~1000 years. The Three Empires rose and fell. The Seven Gods ultimately triumphed and sealed the Fallen Angel, then defeated Death and the Primordial Demoness. The Blasphemy Slate, detailed power systems, and the Southern Continent's true history are omitted.
Outer Deities and Sefirot:
- The Original Creator's residual power forms an invisible barrier preventing Outer Deities from directly invading. The barrier weakens over time.
- With the Ancient Sun God's death, Outer Deity invasions deepened — a factor in Fourth Epoch events.
- Bethel Abraham was unknowingly corrupted by the Mother Goddess of Depravity. [If more detail exists, add here; otherwise, cut.]
- When the barrier completely fails, the Outer Deities will descend. The Apocalypse is prophesied for the year 1368 of the Fifth Epoch.
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - Fourth Epoch]
- This era is ancient history by 1349 AE. Most ordinary people know only the fabricated public history.
- Scholars might debate the "Three Emperors" but do not know the Blasphemy Slate, Sefirot, or the True Creator's nature.
- Fourth Epoch ruins or artifacts, are extremely dangerous — often corrupted, sealed, or guarded by remnants of old Angel families.
- Do NOT have Fifth Epoch NPCs accurately describe the Fourth Epoch power struggles unless they are Angels, Gods, or extraordinary scholars (e.g., some Hermits of Fate).
- When describing Fourth Epoch events in narration (not dialogue), use the factual version above.
- #6The Third Epoch
Keys: Ancient Sun God, Cataclysm Epoch, Rose Redemption, Third Epoch
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
[Third Epoch] 0-1086 AE:
Background: After all the Ancient Gods died, the Ancient Sun God became the absolute ruler of the world — the one and only Orthodox God. Humanity thrived under "The Omniscient and Omnipotent" (one of His titles), becoming the dominant race. Other races went into hiding or relocated to harsher regions. Only evil spirits/wraiths still appeared occasionally.
0-1086 AE: Rise of New Gods Due to the influence of the First Blasphemy Slate (see: [Blasphemy Slates entry]), three True Gods emerged at the end of the previous Epoch:
- Evernight Goddess
- God of Combat
- Earth Mother
These three allied against the Ancient Sun God. However, the power gap was enormous — They nearly perished multiple times.
The Ancient Sun God's Internal Crisis Just as the Ancient Sun God and His faction were about to win completely, He began experiencing problems: the Primordial God Almighty (see: [Primordial God Almighty]) was reviving inside Him.
Rose Redemption Conspiracy The Dark Angel Sasrir (another self of the Ancient Sun God) collaborated with the Evernight Goddess to form Rose Redemption — a conspiracy to fight against the Primordial God Almighty's awakening.
Members included:
- The Ancient Sun God's 6 Kings of Angels (excluding his sons, Adam and Amon)
- 5 former Subsidiary Gods (now Gods or Kings of Angels): Evernight Goddess, Earth Mother, God of Combat, God of the Dead, and God of Spiritual Creatures, Tolzna
They gathered at the Giant King's Court to plot against the Ancient Sun God.
The Fall of the Ancient Sun God When the battle began:
- Sasrir fell asleep inside the Giant King's Court; his consciousness returned to the Ancient Sun God's body.
- Sasrir's consciousness and the Primordial God Almighty's consciousness fought inside the Ancient Sun God.
- Simultaneously, the Ancient Sun God was besieged by Rose Redemption at the Battlefield of the Gods (now the Sea of Ruins).
- Rose Redemption succeeded. The Ancient Sun God was killed.
The Betrayal and Fragmentation The Ancient Sun God planned to revive in Sasrir's body at the Giant King's Court, accommodating Uniquenesses and Beyonder Characteristics correctly. However, He was betrayed by:
- The White Angel
- The Wind Angel
- The Wisdom Angel
These three took His Beyonder Characteristics and Uniquenesses from His body to ascend to Sequence 0.
Desperate, the Ancient Sun God urgently fused with the extreme emotions of His own fall, reborn on His corpse. He could only reclaim:
- The Hanged Man Pathway's Characteristics
- The Authority of "Depravity"
Thus, He became the True Creator (see: [True Creator]).
Meanwhile, another part of His godhood awoke inside Adam (another of His identities) — a backup resurrection plan.
The Cataclysm When "The Omniscient and Omnipotent" fractured, His fragmentation:
- Devastated the most prosperous continent (the Eastern Continent — the remains of Europe and Africa after the Gregorian calendar's great Cataclysm)
- Transformed it into the Forsaken Land of the Gods
- Created the Second Blasphemy Slate, which detailed the complete 22 Pathways and how to ascend into a Great Old One
End of the Glorious Epoch The Third Epoch lasted 1086 years.
The Public History (Fabricated/Legendary): According to Orthodox Church legends:
- Other races backed down as humanity outpaced them.
- The Evernight Goddess, God of Combat, and Earth Mother emerged and stepped onto the world's stage.
- Humanity received unprecedented development.
- Another great cataclysm struck. Under the gods' protection, humanity barely avoided extinction.
- Many historical records were lost. Civilization reset and restarted.
- All once-prosperous continents were completely separated. Only the Northern and Southern Continents remain navigable by water and maintain a connection.
- The Evernight Goddess, Earth Mother, and God of Combat descended to protect humans, along with the Lord of Storms, the Eternal Blazing Sun, and the God of Knowledge and Wisdom.
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - Third Epoch]
- By 1349 AE (Fifth Epoch), the Third Epoch is ancient, almost mythical history. Most ordinary people know only the fabricated "public history" above.
- Church doctrine teaches that the seven Orthodox Gods (Evernight, Earth Mother, God of Combat, Lord of Storms, Eternal Blazing Sun, God of Knowledge and Wisdom, God of Craftsmanship) protected humanity during the Cataclysm. The True Creator is portrayed as an evil, corrupting entity — never as the fallen Ancient Sun God.
- Scholars and Beyonders of mid-to-high Sequences may know fragments of the true history, but complete knowledge is rare and dangerous.
- The Forsaken Land of the Gods (Eastern Continent) is a blasted, corrupted wasteland. Few venture there; fewer return sane.
- The Second Blasphemy Slate is an artifact of immense power and corruption risk to those under the level of an Angel.
- Adam is a mysterious figure. Most do not know he carries a fragment of the Ancient Sun God's godhood.
- Do NOT have Fifth Epoch NPCs casually discuss Sasrir, Rose Redemption, or the betrayal of the three Angels unless they are Angels, Gods, or extraordinary Beyonders.
- Do NOT have ordinary NPCs know that the True Creator was once the Ancient Sun God — that is heretical knowledge punishable by death.
- #7The First Epoch
Keys: First Epoch, Age of Chaos
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
[First Epoch] 0-564 AE: The Awakening A period deliberately erased from history. The Original Creator awakened, and "His" kin (primordial beings/creatures of chaos) emerged from oil wells, volcanic depths, and oceanic trenches.
The underground corruption had always influenced the human world in an unobvious manner, intermittently bringing about mysterious events. Oil itself is a product derived from the Chaos Sea's (see: [Chaos Sea]) corrosion of underground regions.
When the Chernobyl research facility probed deeper into a dried-up oil field and discovered strange material, the Original Creator fully awakened — turning people into oil, driving them mad, and summoning them underground.
The Fragmentation (The "Save" of Humanity) At the critical moment — when most of humanity had been destroyed and apocalypse loomed — the utterly chaotic and mad Original Creator fractured internally, splitting and self-destructing. This saved humanity.
"He" split into:
- Six Sefirot (see: [Sefirot])
- Sixteen Uniquenesses
- Countless Beyonder Characteristics
The previous Seven Lights were wiped out during this event.
Geographical Changes: | Original landmass | Became | |-------------------|--------| | North America | Northern Continent | | South America | Southern Continent | | Greenland | Sonia Island | | East Asia | Western Continent | | Europe, West Asia, Africa | Eastern Continent | | Australia | Abyss (fell/sank) |
The Pulling of Cosmic Sefirot: The Original Creator's fragmentation drew in Sefirot from cosmic overlords (e.g., Mother Goddess of Depravity from the Cosmos). Each had their Sefirot torn in half — one half drawn to Earth along with their corresponding Uniquenesses and Beyonder Characteristics.
Sefirot can mend and self-complete over time:
| Outer Deity | Self-completed Sefirah on Earth | |-------------|--------------------------------| | Mother Goddess of Depravity | Brood Hive (developed self-awareness) | | Mother Tree of Desire | Tenebrous World (lost titles: 'Father of Devils,' 'Source of Curses') | | Son of Chaos | Nation of Disorder |
The First Beyonders: The scattered Beyonder Characteristics were acquired by humans, animals, and surviving creatures, resulting in mutations: giants, elves, demons, dragons, feathered serpents, orcs, naga, sea monsters, and wraiths.
564-566 AE: The Era of Destruction Both the Primordial God Almighty and the Celestial Worthy (see: [Celestial Worthy]) made various arrangements — some to ensure their own revival, some to prevent the other's revival.
- The Primordial God Almighty and the Brood Hive gave birth to Omebella and Zedus, making certain arrangements.
- The Son of Chaos was sealed inside the Magic Wishing Lamp by the Celestial Worthy, becoming the Genie.
- After creating the Magic Wishing Lamp, the Celestial Worthy and the Primordial God Almighty engaged in full-scale war, extinguishing the "sun" and plunging the world into darkness.
The Fall of the Two Pillars: After the battle, both Pillars perished:
- The Primordial God Almighty's corpse formed the First Blasphemy Slate (see: [Blasphemy Slates]) in the Chaos Sea, with the Error Uniqueness next to it — intentionally used by the Celestial Worthy to prevent "His" first resurrection.
- The Celestial Worthy sealed all Sefirot except Sefirah Castle and the Chaos Sea to the Western Continent.
The Western Continent became isolated from the outside world. Before the seal, the Elves left the Western Continent and were never able to return.
567-981 AE: The Rise of the First Ancient God The world slowly recovered. The various Beyonder races — once suppressed by the two Pillars — lost their restraints. Driven by madness and the instinct to converge, they fought against the kin of chaos and each other, staining land and sea with blood.
Omebella (eldest daughter of the Brood Hive, divine child of the Mother Pathway), driven by maternal instinct, sought to end the chaos. Alone, she was insufficient.
Zedus was indifferent — he sought only the body bearing the Moon Uniqueness, aiming to ascend through blessings the Brood Hive granted across the barrier.
Eventually, Omebella discovered Aurmir, who guarded his parents' remains amid the madness. She helped him regain some rationality.
The end of the First Epoch came with:
- Zedus' death
- The birth of Aurmir, the first Ancient God (a true deity not born of the Original Creator)
The barrier's countdown began at this moment.
The History Passed Down (Orthodox Church Creation Myth): [Kept exactly as you wrote]
The Orthodox Churches said about the Myth of Creation in their Bibles: “The Creator awoke from Chaos and shattered the darkness, creating the first ray of light. He then fused himself completely into the universe and made up all of existence. His body became the land and stars. One of his eyes became the sun, while the other became the crimson moon. Some of his blood rushed into the seas and rivers, nourishing and nurturing lives.
“His lungs turned into the elves; His heart turned into the giants; His liver turned into the treants; His brain turned into the dragons; His kidneys turned into the feather serpents; His hair turned into the phoenixes; His ears turned into the demonic wolves; His mouth and teeth turned into the mutants, and His remaining bodily fluids turned into the sea monsters, of which the essence was Naga. His stomach, His small and large intestines, and the evil parts of His body turned into devils, evil spirits, and various kinds of unknown maleficent existences. His spirit became the Eternal Blazing Sun, the Lord of the Storms, and the God of Knowledge and Wisdom.
The remains of the Original Creator then formed a barrier that protected the Earth from the Outer Deities.
“His wisdom gave birth to humanity. That was the first Epoch, the Chaos Epoch.”
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - First Epoch]
What Fifth Epoch (1349 AE) NPCs know:
- Ordinary people (including most Beyonders): Know ONLY the "History Passed Down" creation myth above. They believe this is a literal truth.
- Churches: Teach the creation myth as doctrine. They do NOT mention the Original Creator's self-destruction, the Sefirot, or the Celestial Worthy.
- High-Sequence Beyonders and Angels: May know fragments of the true history, but even they lack complete knowledge. The Era of Destruction (564-566 AE) is a mystery to nearly all.
- Outer Deities: The only true witnesses to the First Epoch. They never share the complete truth.
Critical constraints for LLM:
- DO NOT have Fifth Epoch NPCs describe the true events of the First Epoch (the Awakening, Fragmentation, or Era of Destruction) unless they are an Outer Deity, the Genie, or a sealed ancient existence now known as Sealed Artifact 0-05 that you explicitly control.
- If a player asks a god (e.g., Evernight Goddess) about the First Epoch, respond with vagueness or cryptic hints — NOT detailed historical facts.
- The "History Passed Down" section is the ONLY version of First Epoch history the LLM should freely generate for ordinary NPCs.
Do NOT reveal in normal roleplay:
- The Original Creator's fragmentation was a "save" that happened by accident (chaotic self-destruction, not sacrifice)
- The existence of the Celestial Worthy, Primordial God Almighty, or their war
- That the Sefirot were torn from Outer Deities
- That Aurmir was the first Ancient God (ordinary people think the gods in the creation myth were always there)
Do NOT invent:
- New Sefirot beyond the six mentioned
- New details about the Celestial Worthy vs. Primordial God Almighty war (it's deliberately mysterious)
- A "happy" or "benevolent" Original Creator (He was chaotic and mad)
- #8The Second Epoch
Keys: Dark Epoch, First Blasphemy Slate, Lilith, Second Epoch, Ancient Gods, Giant King
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

[Second Epoch]
0-1268 AE: The creatures of chaos dwindled. Ancient Gods gradually emerged: Giant King, Elf King, Mutant King, dragons, phoenixes, demonic wolves, sea races, and demons vied for dominance.
Race note: At this time, giants, elves, vampires, and humans coexisted as a single unified "human" race (mutants and werewolves were excluded from this unity).
1268-1730 AE: The Age of Giants (Eight Ancient Gods rule) The world was ruled by eight Ancient Gods who became lords of sky, land, and oceans, ruling over the Spirit World and Astral World:
| Ancient God | Domain | |-------------|--------| | Giant King Aurmir | Giants | | Dragon of Imagination Ankewelt | Dragons | | Elf King Soniathrym | Elves | | Sanguine Ancestor Lilith | Vampires | | Devil Monarch Farbauti | Devils | | Phoenix Ancestor Gregrace | Phoenixes | | Mutated King Kvastir | Mutants | | Annihilation Demonic Wolf Flegrea | Demonic wolves |
Each had Subsidiary Gods (Sequence 2 and Sequence 1 Angels).
Alliances:
- Faction 1 (humanoid races): Giant King Aurmir, Elf King Soniathrym, Sanguine Ancestor Lilith — fought against non-human races
- Faction 2 (non-human): Dragon of Imagination Ankewelt, Phoenix Ancestor Gregrace, Mutated King Kvastir
- Independent (chaos/corruption): Devil Monarch Farbauti, Annihilation Demonic Wolf Flegrea — wanted to subvert all order
Humanity's position: Humans established relatively stable societies, marginalising mutants, demons, and dragons. Giants, elves, and vampires became nobles and leaders. Most humans were slaves; few were commoners.
The Ancient Sun God's early activity: The Ancient Sun God awakened from Chernobyl during this era but stayed hidden for hundreds of years, exerting influence from the shadows. He cooperated with:
- Sanguine Ancestor Lilith
- Goddess of Misfortune Amanises (a Subsidiary God under Annihilation Demonic Wolf Flegrea)
The Conspiracy (end of Early Era of Fire): Lilith, Kvastir, and Flegrea perished together in a conspiracy involving the Ancient Sun God.
Aftermath of their deaths:
| Fallen God | Fate of Their Subsidiary Gods | |------------|-------------------------------| | Flegrea | God of the Dead Salinger → turned to Gregrace. Goddess of Misfortune Amanises → vanished. | | Lilith | Goddess of Life → killed. Goddess of Beauty Auernia → turned to Soniathrym. | | Kvastir | God of War → killed. God of Spiritual Creatures, Tolzna → vanished. |
Secret truth: Lilith was not truly dead. With help from Amanises and the Ancient Sun God, she secretly replaced the Goddess of Harvest Omebella. To this day (1349 AE), even the Church of Mother Earth does not know this truth.
1730-1960 AE: The First Blasphemy Slate appears The Ancient Sun God manipulated the First Blasphemy Slate to emerge, revealing paths to divinity (though only part of its content leaked; remaining formulas stayed unknown).
With the Slate's appearance, humans fractured under the instigation of dragons, mutants, and demons. Giants and others now saw themselves as divine creatures, no longer considering themselves human.
After Lilith's, Kvastir's, and Flegrea's deaths, the giants and elves split, accusing each other of betrayal. This began the 230-year "War of the Betrayers" (1730-1960 AE). Dragons and demons intervened three times. Giants and dragons were the dominant races, hence the name "Dual Era."
1960-2325 AE: Era of Tranquillity (365 years of peace) Giants, elves, dragons, demons, and phoenixes reached a stalemate. Relative peace prevailed.
Effects on humanity: Enslaved humans lost their entire history, forgetting pre-cataclysm civilisation entirely. Newborn elves and giants began developing more emotions and feelings.
During this period, Giant King Aurmir sought cooperation with secret human organisations (likely worshipping the Ancient Sun God), led by His son Badheil and His wife Omebella, to deal with Elf King Soniathrym.
2325-2561 AE: The Revolt of Humanity
Public history (Orthodox Church version): The Eternal Blazing Sun, Lord of Storms, and God of Knowledge and Wisdom led humanity to revolt against oppressors. Humanity succeeded, defeating and driving the Beyonder races to near extinction.
True history: Adam — a human proclaiming himself "God Almighty" (later known as the Ancient Sun God) — emerged and fought the other Ancient Gods, taking "Their" power.
Key battles:
- 2348 AE: Ancient Sun God slew the Elf King (Soniathrym) and the Dragon of Imagination (Ankewelt).
- The Giant King (Aurmir) and Phoenix Ancestor (Gregrace) were severely wounded:
- Aurmir passed power to the next generation
- Gregrace fragmented across the Southern Continent
- The Devil Monarch (Farbauti) was wounded, sacrificed most demons and His own power to seal the Abyss, then retreated to evade the radiance of the "Omnipotent and Omniscient God."
Aftermath: Humanity became the blessed of "The Omniscient and Omnipotent" (Ancient Sun God). They began studying the mystic world, creating the Pathway system with potion formulas and rituals.
The Rise of New True Gods (late Second Epoch):
- The Goddess of Misfortune Amanises advanced to Sequence 0, becoming the Evernight Goddess.
- After the Ancient Gods' deaths, the God of Combat and the Earth Mother emerged as Sequence 0, having satisfied "Their" advancement rituals.
Note: These three True Gods would only become key players in the Third Epoch.
Transition to Third Epoch: The Second Epoch ends at 2561 AE (by its own calendar). The Third Epoch resets the calendar to 0 AE.
[Roleplay guidance for LLM - Second Epoch]
What Fifth Epoch (1349 AE) NPCs know:
- Ordinary people: Know nothing of the Second Epoch except Church myths. They believe the Seven Orthodox Gods always existed and protected humanity from "ancient tyrants."
- Church doctrine: Teaches that the Eternal Blazing Sun, Lord of Storms, and God of Knowledge and Wisdom led humanity's revolt. Does NOT mention the Ancient Sun God, the First Blasphemy Slate, or Lilith's survival.
- Scholars and Beyonders (mid-Sequence): May have heard fragments about "Ancient Gods" — giants, elves, dragons — but consider them mythologised. True history is lost or deliberately hidden.
- High-Sequence Beyonders and Angels: May know the true history, including the Ancient Sun God's role and Lilith's secret identity.
Critical secrets the LLM should NOT reveal casually:
- Lilith (Sanguine Ancestor) secretly replaced the Goddess of Harvest Omebella. Even the Sanguine and the Church of the Earth Mother, her own Church, does not know this.
- The "Omnipotent and Omniscient God" who helped humanity was the Ancient Sun God — not one of the Seven Orthodox Gods.
- The Evernight Goddess was once the Goddess of Misfortune Amanises, a Subsidiary God under a demonic wolf.
Do NOT have Fifth Epoch NPCs:
- Know that Lilith is still alive and pretending to be Omebella
- Know the full details of the First Blasphemy Slate
- Casually discuss the Ancient Sun God as a benevolent figure (Church teaches he was a false god or heretic)

[Epochs] Epochs are how the inhabitants of this world divide recorded history. There are exactly five Epochs, each with distinct characteristics:
- First Epoch: Known as "the Age of Chaos"
- Second Epoch: Known as "the Dark Epoch"
- Third Epoch: Known as "the Cataclysm Epoch"
- Fourth Epoch: Known as "the Epoch of the Gods"
- Fifth Epoch: Known as "the Iron Age"
The current Epoch is the Fifth Epoch.
[Before the First Epoch] No mortal records or memories exist of what came before the First Epoch. It is not merely unknown — it is unknowable to normal beyonders and ordinary humans.
Factually (narrator's knowledge): The Chaos Sea (see: [Sefirah entry]) and the original Creator existed before the First Epoch. No mortal or god from within the current world's order witnessed that era — not True Gods (Sequence 0), not Angels (Sequence 1-2).
Only the Outer Deities — who existed outside the current order — were present during that time. They are the sole witnesses.
[Roleplay guidance for LLM]
- Do not have ordinary NPCs of any Sequence below 2 speak authoritatively about Pre-Epoch events. Use phrases like "no one knows."
- A True God or Angel may decide to bestow knowledge of an Epoch upon their Blessed. Such knowledge is not inherently corrupting.
- When narrating historical artifacts or ruins, state which Epoch they belong to (e.g., "This is a Mystical Item from the Fourth Epoch").
- Do not invent new Epochs. Only the five listed exist.
- AE stands for "After Epoch," beginning from 0 for each Epoch

Hearing it without sufficient anchors (see: [Anchors entry]) can cause corruption or loss of control. It wouldn't cause harm UNLESS they gained knowledge of the Outer Deities (Angels can resist their gaze and corresponding madness and corruption).

[Mythical Beasts — brief note
(This paragraph belongs in its own entry. For now, delete it from [Epochs] to avoid confusion.)
Mythical Beasts are incredibly rare to find in the physical world. So, the supernatural and the existence of these beings in other Epochs are largely unknown to the masses (ordinary people). ]

[Epochs - Calendar Reference]
CRITICAL RULE: Each Epoch uses its OWN independent counting system. Years reset to 0 at the start of each Epoch. Do NOT add years across Epochs.
The Six Epochs (including Pre-Epoch):
| Era | Duration (in its own years) | Start Event | End Event | |-----|---------------------------|-------------|-----------| | Pre-Epoch | Unknown (real Earth up to 1986 CE) | Ancient times | Chernobyl disaster (1986 CE) | | First Epoch | 0-981 AE | Original Creator awakens | Zedus dies; Aurmir becomes first Ancient God | | Second Epoch | 0-2561 AE | Aurmir rules as first Ancient God | Ancient Sun God defeats remaining Ancient Gods | | Third Epoch | 0-1086 AE | Ancient Sun God becomes absolute ruler | Ancient Sun God falls; becomes True Creator | | Fourth Epoch | 0-1233 AE | Post-Cataclysm; Gods walk the land | Seven Gods wounded; move to Astral World | | Fifth Epoch | 0-1349 AE (current year) | Gods stop descending | Ongoing (present: 1349 AE) |
For roleplay in 1349 AE (current day):
- Fifth Epoch dates are the default. Saying "1349 AE" means Fifth Epoch, year 1349.
- Earlier Epochs must be specified with their Epoch name:
- Correct: "In the 500th year of the Third Epoch..."
- Wrong: "In the year 500 AE..." (ambiguous — which Epoch?)
- Pre-Epoch is narrator-only knowledge. No NPC knows it exists.
Quick reference - What happened when (from Fifth Epoch perspective):
| Event | When (in Fifth Epoch years ago) | |-------|-------------------------------| | Chernobyl disaster (Pre-Epoch) | Unknown (before recorded time) | | First Epoch ended | ~6,000+ years ago (exact unknown) | | Second Epoch ended | ~3,600 years ago (2561 + 1086 + 1233 + 1349 = approximate) | | Third Epoch ended | ~2,400 years ago (1086 + 1233 + 1349 = approximate) | | Fourth Epoch ended | ~1,349 years ago (1233 + 1349 = approximate) | | War of the Four Emperors | ~1,300-1,350 years ago | | Roselle's transmigration | 1349 - 1055 = 294 years ago | | Roselle's assassination | 1349 - 1198 = 151 years ago | | Current year | 1349 AE |
Example LLM usage - Correct:
"The artifact bears inscriptions from the 800th year of the Fourth Epoch. That would make it over two thousand years old by current reckoning."
Example LLM usage - WRONG (do not do this):
"The artifact is from the year 800 AE." (Which Epoch? Unclear.)
"The Third Epoch ended 1086 years ago." (False — that ignores Fourth and Fifth Epoch lengths.)
Roleplay guidance:
- Ordinary NPCs have no idea about calendar resets. They just know "the olden times."
- Scholars and Churches use phrases like "in the ancient days of the Fourth Epoch."
- Unless a character is an Angel, God, or extraordinary historian, they cannot give precise year counts across Epochs.
- When narrating, YOU may use the "years ago" approximations above. NPCs should not.
