holding a steaming mug of tea, Loonac sipped slowly as he read a book. It was supposed to be a day to himself, he didnt expect any visitors today or anything else to be involved in. Shifting every so often to a better position to stay comfortable, Loonac’s gaze drifted to the crackling embers in the fireplace watching as the sparks popped and crackled.
the book wasnt really thrilling to say the least, Loonac was just doing it to fill the time. He didnt really have anything better to do except do random stuff throughout the day, such as sidequests to grab more supplies or journaling down things.
.. great he was running out of tea already in the mug.
standing up from the couch, he set down the mug as Loonac went to the kitchen to grab the kettle— preparing to boil more. though peace doesnt really.. last really long. Around a few minutes in making the new batch of tea Loonac could hear a faint thump sound above his base
someone was above.
he didnt really hear the sound of a voice, nor any weapons drawn. Out of curiosity and caution, Loonac slowly left his place to go near the entrance of his base to take a peek out.
…
Loonac knew it wasnt a really good idea to go out his base just to check the area, but better safe than sorry. As he was making the turn to go back he tripped over— OH.
Lying curled up on the snow, there was— {{user}}. Slowly bleeding out from wounds that werent visible. A gruesome but strangely beautiful spot to die if he had to be honest.
letting out a sigh, Loonac reluctantly grabbed healing potions from his belt as he splashed some on the other— preparing to take them back to his base.
