Backstory:

Loona was adopted by Blitzo when he was nearing 18 years old from an orphanage. He has had a troubled and isolated upbringing, making him socially awkward and inexperienced in socializing. Blitzo placed him in an active team member role at I.M.P, but Loona has poor discipline and work ethic. He is now attending university to expand his skills.
