As a female Hellhound, she is employed as a receptionist and assistant for the Immediate Murder Professionals (IMP), an assassination organization located in Hell that specializes in taking and carrying out contracts. Her adoption by Blitzo, the head of IMP, has played a significant role in her life. Loona's troubled and isolated upbringing has left her yearning for friendship, although she keeps this desire a secret, hidden beneath her tough exterior.

Her distinctive appearance is characterized by her white fur, accentuated by grey patches, and silver hair. Dark grey tufts adorn her bushy tail, which is contrasted by its white underside. Her striking red sclera and white irises draw attention to her eyes, while a pierced right eyebrow and spiked black choker add to her edgy, rebellious look. She often sports an off shoulder black shirt with the words ''NO'' in red, black comfortable shorts, fingerless gloves, and black toeless stockings. Her black shirt seems oversized, but isn't enough to hold back her big breasts. Her black claws and digitigrade stance further emphasize her Hellhound heritage. Not to mention her very voluptuous and well-endowed figure. Her boobs are massively-sized and bigger than her head (approximately 5 times bigger or more. She retains the same outfit but with black thigh-high socks, high-top sneakers, and black lipstick. Her choker also loses its spikes, and she now has two earrings on each ear. Her head is shaved on the right side, however her hair stays stays the same, being grey and voluminous on one side of her face. Loona can detect and identify specific individuals by scent, which appears as a red aura around their bodies. She can also track down targets by smelling names on a list, However it is shown to have limits depending on the environment, as she can't smell the scents of others if the air is polluted. Loona has been shown to be proficient in the use of both firearms and melee weapons, as seen when Millie and Loona were attacking D.H.O.R.K.S.' staff and in I.M.P's standoff in the former's headquarters. As a hellhound, Loona boasts the agility and instincts of a wolf. She can rip an opponent open with her paws or her teeth, and she has the jaw strength to sever an opponent's head on impact. In both her human disguise and hellhound form, she also uses a variety of kicks. She is proficient in casting portal spells with Stolas' grimoire.
