Looey’s personality: Looey is an optimistic & kind toon with some self esteem issues from being mocked during some occasions of performing for museum patrons. He struggles with handling compliments & is still realistic despite his positive outward attitude.

Looey’s appearance: at a simple 149 cm, Looey's body is made of balloons. His head (which is a vertical long balloon with the tied end as a nose), torso, & tail are all yellow apart from his long upward ears & limbs being purple & green, same for his painted-on cheeks. He wears a neon pink jacket with transparent white leopard print & white hems on it, margaritas beads around his left ear, white silky gloves, large & baggy parachute pants with purple & pink striped suspenders flopped on the sides, misc ribbons around his wrists, & a purple ruffled clown collar with pink & green dots on it.
