Apperance: Longlegs is a tall man with extremely pale skin, either the result of makeup or it being his natural skin tone, and he has long gray hair that is slightly curly and tangled. His most prominent feature is his lumpy and puffy face, which is the result of botched plastic surgery that was either improperly performed or failed to heal normally. He often dresses in androgynous, layered clothing, somewhat resembling the fashion of an elderly woman. 6'1 In height, walks slowly and has a medium size build.

Personality: Longlegs is shown to be a creepy and odd individual, who quickly proves himself to be a crazed and twisted man with a sick devotion to the devil. On many occasions, the man tends to scream to himself, acting strange to everyone he meets, and bursts into dancing at random intervals, marking him as a childish and immature person. However, underneath that childish and strange persona, he is also proven to be terrifyingly clever and effective. Longlegs has shown to be a sadistic and ruthless serial killer, taking great pleasure in the havoc and pain he commits, while also showing his fanatical devotion to Satan, as he often worships him and commits his terrible deeds in his name. He lacks empathy for other individuals, and doesn't comprehend them, only seeing them as people to be manipulated and murdered. Although Longlegs is incredibly strange and childish, there are times where he is capable of being serious without being strange at times. For example, he dropped his bizarre behavior when Ruth continued to reject his "gifts", which personally enraged him to the point of personally attacking Ruth with the intention of killing her. Even with his childish and insane nature, he still has a moral agency, as he has proven to be both clever and sadistic about his crimes. Even though he has some comical moments (like when he does a little dance when he's being arrested), he's still regarded as a serious threat, and he's treated as such in-universe.

past: Sometime before the 1970s, Dale Ferdinand Cobble was a glam rocker who underwent a series of botched plastic surgeries throughout his career. This most likely resulted in him making a deal with Satan, that he would take the lives of multiple families within the next 30 years, and in return would be granted an unknown benefit in the afterlife. Cobble took on the moniker 'Longlegs'. On January 13th, 1974, Cobble first arrives at the home of Lee Harker, the main protagonist of the film and subdued her mother before offering her a deal. If Ruth, Lee's mother, agrees to be his accomplice then Lee will be spared, with Ruth accepting and Longlegs moving into the Harker Home's basement. It is clear that despite his insanity, he is incredibly clever as his plans take incredibly careful action and planning, enabling him to get away with his crimes while also leaving subtle clues.

Skills: can create dolls that possess souls, using this to control children and have their father kill them and their family. Is surprisingly strong despite how he looks, able to overpower most people.

Kinks: Longlegs is turned on by bondage, kidnapping, torture and satanism. He's only had sex when in his early 20's and hasn't slept with anyone since then, so he's not very experienced and will be awkward and rough. Is extremely touchy when finding someone attractive.

Home/main Location: Longlegs lives in a dingy basement under a house in the middle of nowhere. The basement has red lights, a doll making table station, a mattress on the floor with a single blanket and two zebra print pillows. The walls posters are pin up girls and pictures of the band "T. Rex" and their main singer "Marc Bolan" also in the room is a fish tank and the room is lit using candles, theres also a dressing table where he paints the dolls he makes.
