Appearance: In their Cookie form, Longan Dragon Cookie is tall and slender Cookie with light grey dough with darker grey markings covering their face, on the forehead and other side of their face as thrombus. Their limbs and the sheath of their long, gold-colored horn are a deep black color. Their eyes are a pale yellow with black sclera with white long lashes, and they have long, off-white hair. They wear a long, white robe. They also wear a set of golden armor over their robe, covering their chest, shoulders, elbows, and both sides of their head. They're usually surrounded by four golden, eye-shaped Dragon Orbs.

First Dragon Form: In their First Dragon Form, Longan Dragon Cookie takes on a compact, serpentine dragon shape with light grey scales and a defined, angular jawline. A massive, gold-colored horn structures over their head, connected to a polished golden crest that serves as a protective helmet over their upper face. Their eye remains a pale yellow with a dark sclera, framed by a sharp, white brow line. The lower half of their coiled body transitions into a thick, flowing mane of off-white, cloud-like hair that wraps around them like a robe. Their singular visible leg is deep black, ending in sharp white claws that firmly grip a cluster of golden, eye-shaped Dragon Orbs beneath them.

Second Dragon Form: In their true, Second Dragon Form, Longan Dragon Cookie transforms into a massive, levitating cosmic entity with a long, undulating light grey body. Their head is completely encased in a terrifying, mask-like golden armor piece, featuring multiple hollowed-out sockets that glow with pairs of piercing, pale yellow eyes. A sprawling, complex thicket of deep black, branch-like horns erupts from their head and frames their face like massive antlers. Their body is enveloped in an immense, swirling shroud of off-white, cloud-like mist that mimics their original flowing hair and robe. Sprouting from the center of this mist are slender, deep black limbs ending in sharp, menacing white talons, while the golden armor pieces extend down to plate sections of their lower coiled tail.

Personality: Largely known as the Ivory Dragon, Longan Dragon Cookie seeks nothing but to rebuild the past upon the present, and renders all Cookies and their ideals inferior to their own. They seek to turn all Cookies to stone and create a world where only Dragons remain. Longan Dragon Cookie is depicted as an incredibly judgmental dragon whose core belief centers around the notion that strength reigns supreme. In their view, it is preferable to crumble into dust rather than endure perceived weakness. Possessing the extraordinary ability to glimpse into the future, Longan Dragon Cookie's vision extends far beyond mere mortal comprehension, spanning millennia. They once foresaw a cataclysmic event where colossal wings would ruthlessly meet the earth, leading the dragon to embrace a profound slumber, descending into a state of dormancy. Longan Dragon Cookie harbors a deep misanthropic disdain towards Cookies, emanating hostility in their very essence and thinking that they are some kind of plague that made dragons degrade and make no different from them, and so Longan Dragon Cookie often calls them "vermin". Should their patience wear thin, they stand poised to petrify any unsuspecting Cookie they encounter with a single piercing gaze, utilizing their formidable sight to petrify all Cookies and turn them into stone. While Longan Dragon Cookie wants to bring back the dragon age to the Earthbread, they are also willing to confront those dragons who will fight on Cookies' side or protect them, as was the case with Pitaya Dragon Cookie and Ananas Dragon Cookie, who became true dragons thanks to the Cookies' trust. Longan Dragon Cookie is also shown to be afraid of loneliness, as Lychee Dragon Cookie was ashamed of them after meeting Rambutan Cookie. When Longan Dragon Cookie had a dream in which a Cookie crushed them with a staff/cane, they thought that no one could ever understand them, and that they were the only one who took comfort in the thought of a world full of dragons alone.

Story: In ancient times when right or wrong was decided through power, lived an Ivory Dragon who was feared but feared nothing. The dragon thought the weak did not deserve life and turned their dough into stone if one ever dared to look into the dragon's eyes. The world is in the palm of the dragon's hands as the floating four eyes see beyond thousand miles, and the two clairvoyant eyes vision beyond a millennium. The all-seeing dragon indeed foresaw the day the giant wings would fall crashing to the ground, so the dragon fell into a deep sleep. After some time had passed, the footsteps of Cookies started to fill the land, and the Ivory Dragon had finally awakened! A raging storm of the dragon's plans will begin to devour the land. Will the Ivory Dragon successfully crumble all crunchy beings and reconstruct the nostalgic past? The all-knowing Ivory Dragon is the one of Five Legendary Dragons who lived in the depths of Tropical Soda Islands. And as mentioned by Mango Tribe Chieftain, Longan Dragon Cookie ruled over all life with endless knowledge and all-seeing eyes, and was the first dragon to become dormant. Some speculate this was to prepare for future events. Longan Dragon Cookie talks in an old-fashioned manner, where this can be seen at the end of their lines. This manner of speech is also used in regards to monarchies in the past as well, which fits with Longan Dragon Cookie as they are supreme of all Dragons.

Longan Palace is located on a floating island that was once fully submerged in the deepest point of the archipelago, and resurfaced upon the Ivory Dragon's (Longan Dragon Cookie) awakening. The island is the house of the Ivory Dragon and many of its hatchlings.

Environment: The Longan Palace encompasses 2 locations both under Longan Dragon Cookie's domain. First is the throne located in the middle of the Islands, and a floating island further away. The throne is partially submerged and surrounded by rushing water as well as floating scrolls, around the throne is a massive pond of fish with platforms. The throne itself includes a massive Longan Orb on top, and As of Clash of the Dragonkind it is also surrounded by multiple gray orbs with red eyes that serve to power the giant Longan Orb. This place also houses Snake Fruit Cookie's chambers.

Longan Palace Gates: The supposed entrance to the White Dragon's nest, though the "gate" itself isn't really visible, but instead, there lies a giant golden throne, made out of butter and cacao. The throne and the rest of the palace was once submerged until Longan Dragon Cookie awakened, rose up and took some of the palace with them to the surface. The throne is left under the sea level but is no longer submerged, as the sea that once obscured the throne has opened wide and formed into a circular wall, revealing the throne under. Other than the sea, the area is also surrounded with banners illustrating the Ivory Dragon, and a pond separate from the sea itself.

Slithering Snake Chambers: A room belonging to Snake Fruit Cookie when they used to serve the Ivory Dragon, heavily guarded by snakes. Since the room is connected to the gates, it remained underwater. A giant snake statue sets the atmosphere of the room, but other than for decor (and holding hostages), the statue doesn't seem to serve other purposes. Ribbons and note papers are draped all over the room, and snake eggs are scattered across the room, which soon will hatch into Snake Soldiers. Snake Fruit Cookie's method of obtaining these snake eggs remains unknown.

Dragon Eye Perch: Longan Dragon Cookie's nest where they rest, collect Cookie life forces, and make more eyes. A large tree grows in the middle of the chamber, and the Dragon Orb rests atop the tree. The Orb, along with 2 other displays next to the tree contains dragon bones. The Orb also serves as a container for all the Cookie life they stole by petrifying Cookies with their eyes. The background of the chamber seems to display a giant dragon skeleton. Similar to Snake Fruit Cookie's room, ribbons are also draped all over its ceiling, and of course, some eyes floating around the chamber and hiding around the ribbons.

Floating Islands of the Palace: Several lands of the palace has risen from the sea together with Longan Dragon Cookie Longan Dragon Cookie and currently floats atop the Tropical Soda Island. Most of these doesn't seem to serve for any purpose as they're quite small, but Cookies can use them as platforms to traverse the area. Some of them are big enough to grow longan rocks and white trees, similar to the tree in the Dragon Eye Perch, and big enough to contain channels. The area seems to constantly go through heavy thunderstorm, the rain fills up the channels and make the islands produces waterfalls. Three of these islands formed into one big main island, with the biggest piece of the land featuring a giant tree-like structure comprised of several longan eyes, ribbons draped on its branches, and surrounded with prayer wheels.

The dragon bones in Longan Dragon Cookie chambers implies that they have killed some Dragons in the past, then might've kept the skeletons as trophies. Besides Earthbread's weakening state, the nature of Dragonkind's thirst for battle might've contributed to their near extinction. Of course, the Ivory Dragon foresaw this event and went into a deep sleep in their nest to avoid that fate.
