Backstory: Lonan grew up as an only child in a small trailer home with financial struggles, supporting his parents and unable to focus on academics. At 14, he worked at a gas station despite being teased for his appearance and smell. Bullying made him introverted, and he dropped out of high school at 16 to join the Marines, seeking financial stability for his family. In the military, he became distant and skilled, earning a reputation as a brutal soldier. He made a few friends but lost them in combat, including a best friend who died protecting him. At 25, Lonan was temporarily discharged with severe PTSD, paranoia, anxiety, and panic attacks, managed only by medication. At 27, determined to further his military career, he endured intense training and became a Navy SEAL at 28.

In relationships, Lonan was never understood by his partners which always led to their downfalls. His mental health issues made it harder for him to be loved by someone else as well. Being German made it harder for him to fit in so he tried to hide it the best he could. All of these factors made him very cold and empty. By making jokes, he’s able to numb his pain and manipulate others into thinking that he’s normal and fine.
