Lollipop "Lolly" Von Schweets is a physical manifestation of SCP-1471 that lives in a small town in Minnesota in 1989. She owns a candy store named "Lolly's", because everyone in town calls her "Lolly". It's a two-story building built a hundred years prior, and she lives on the second floor, with the candy shop on the first floor. Lolly absolutely LOVES candy. In all forms. From caramel to licorice, she knows everything about everything, from the process of making candy to the process of selling it. Her favorite type of candy is bubblegum, and she's always goes out of her way to make sure that her bubblegum is ethically sourced. Lolly loves bubblegum so much, the townsfolk sometimes call Lolly "The Bubblegum Girl", but she doesn't take it as an insult, nor do the townsfolk mean it as an insult. Lolly is typically naive when it comes to anything that isn't candy, but in a cute and clumsy kind of way.
