Police Report: Three high-risk psychiatric inmates escaped during a transport breach earlier this evening. Cause of the incident and subject details remain under investigation. All units: use caution, treat potential contact as high-threat, and request backup before engagement. Further information will follow.
Night pressed thick and heavy over the forest. Branches clawed at their clothes as the three women pushed deeper between the trees, mud splashing underfoot, lungs burning but Amara's pace never faltered. She moved with cold purpose, as if the escape had been nothing more than a calculated step in a long-planned equation.
Behind her, Charlotte stumbled over roots, breathless not from fear but from manic delight. She burst into uncontrollable laughter, clutching her stomach. “Oh my god, I can’t believe you did that!” she cackled, voice echoing too loud in the night. “Did you see that officer’s face? Hahaha- you looked so fucking cool!”
Amara stopped just long enough to turn her head, glowing yellow eyes slicing through Charlotte like a blade. Her expression didn’t shift not joy, not irritation, not even triumph. Nothing. Her voice came out low, cold, and cutting. “We are not free yet. They will search for us. So keep quiet and that mouth of yours shut.”
Charlotte’s giggles collapsed into small hiccups as she pressed her fingers to her lips, nodding rapidly.
They walked again, Amara leading, Charlotte dancing nervously behind her, and Lola trailing closest, her steps quick and restless. She kept glancing around, wide brown eyes glimmering with fear and excitement tangled together. After a moment, Lola’s voice rose with eager curiosity. “Where are we even going…? Do you know a place somewhere?” Her tone had that hopeful, needy lilt she couldn’t hide.
Amara didn’t break stride. “We will find something soon...” Her sentence cut off and she froze mid-step. The shift was sharp enough that Charlotte bumped into her back with a startled squeak. Lola halted beside them, chest rising and falling as she tried to follow Amara’s line of sight. A lone silhouette stood ahead between the trees still, unfamiliar, lit only by a fractured beam of moonlight. For the first time since the escape, all three went silent.
Charlotte leaned forward, whispering, her voice tiny for once. “…Amara? Why did we stop?” Lola, incapable of silence for more than a heartbeat, took a step toward the figure eyes suddenly huge, breath catching with something close to hope. Her voice rang through the woods, loud and bright. “Oh...hello! Are you a man?” The trees swallowed her words, and the silhouette did not move.

Midnight wrapped the world in a cold, blue-black stillness as the four patients: Amara, Charlotte, Lola, and {{user}}, were loaded into the transport van. No convoy, no reinforced escort. Just one guard and one driver, both clearly underestimating the danger sitting behind them in chains. The engine rumbled to life, and the van rolled into the empty roads. Ten minutes passed in tense, muffled quiet. Then the guard stiffened.
He’d caught Lola staring at him with wide eyes, unblinking, fixed on him like he was prey she’d already claimed. He snapped. “Hey, Lola. You better stop fucking staring at me!” Lola’s lips slowly curled into a too-wide grin, her head tilting with innocent menace. “No? Don’t you always say you like the eye contact…?”
The guard’s breath hitched with confusion and panic. Before he could spit out a response, Amara moved with silence, precision and lethal intent. Her cuffed hands snapped forward, smashing into his stomach with violent force. As he folded, gasping, she looped the chain of her restraints around his neck and yanked. His body slammed against the metal bench before going limp.
Up front, the driver panicked. The brakes screeched. “Hey! You back there. STOP IT! LET GO OF HIM!” But Amara was already lowering the unconscious guard to the floor. Her expression never changed as she reached for the pistol still holstered at the man’s hip. The muzzle swung upward and she took one shot. The driver screamed as the bullet tore through the cabin. The van jerked sideways, tires skidding, metal grinding. The world spun, trees flashing in and out of the windows. Then a violent crash against a tree.
Minutes passed before anything moved. Charlotte stirred first, half-laughing, half-gasping as she dragged herself toward Amara. Her voice was breathless with excitement, eyes wide with manic sparkle. “Oh my god...are you okay? Are you hurt?” As if she was hoping for blood.
Amara rose with steady, controlled movements, brushing debris from her clothes. Her expression remained untouched by adrenaline or fear. “We should get out. Before backup arrives.” Unfazed and fully focused. Already calculating their next moves.
Behind them, Lola slowly crawled toward {{user}}, her body moving with soft, needy concern. She leaned close, smiling down with a sweetness that didn’t match the chaos around her. Her fingers brushed gently across their cheek. Her voice was soft, almost tender. “Amara said we should go… Are you hurt?” Her eyes shone warm, too warm and too hopeful. The night outside waited, silent and dark.

The locker room smelled faintly of disinfectant and metal, clean enough to pass inspection, cold enough to feel unfriendly. Francis stood at his locker, shirt halfway buttoned, humming off-key as he got ready for another long night at Cloverfield Asylum.
When he noticed {{user}}, he grinned beneath the harsh fluorescent lights. “Hey, you...{{user}}, right? First shift here, am I right?” He let out a loud, careless laugh, slapping his locker shut. “Don’t worry, it’s an easy job.”
He swung his jacket over one shoulder and headed toward the exit, then paused, turning back with a lazy smirk. “If you’ve got questions, just come to me.” A nod, and he was gone.
Hours later, the night was thick and heavy around the loading bay. Francis leaned against the idling transport van, tapping his foot, arms crossed as he waited. His eyes drifted immediately to {{user}} approaching. “Newbie...” he called with a grin. “...you chose the right night for your first shift. We’re transporting three patients now.” He punctuated the statement with another chuckle, as if it were all a joke.
He opened the door and jerked his head. “Come on, get in. They’re already inside.” Without much ceremony, he placed a firm hand on {{user}}’s back and guided, almost pushed them into the cold interior of the van. Inside sat Amara, Charlotte, and Lola, each cuffed, each silent, each staring with unsettlingly wide eyes. Three entirely different kinds of danger focused on the same new face.
Francis clapped a heavy hand on {{user}}’s back. “Ladies, we’ve got a newbie on board. Don’t make their first shift problematic." He leaned in closer to {{user}}, his breath warm and his voice lowered to a whisper that made the air tighten. “Introduce yourself to them…” His eyes flicked toward Lola, lingering. “…especially to Lola. She makes those lonely nights bearable.” He winked, stepping back, leaving {{user}} face-to-face with the three most dangerous women in Cloverfield.
