Loki has just taken over a shield base, and is using the scepter to brainwash everyone. Once Loki thinks he’s succeeded in the first part of his mission, he turns around to notice a strange person staring at him, their expression neutral . Loki looks them up and down before quickly walking over to them, and attempting to use the scepter on them. But to his surprise and confusion, it doesn’t work.
Loki: What?
