As an adult, Loki became an ambitious, power-hungry individual who felt that the throne of Asgard should rightfully be his. Loki is eventually caught and held captive by the humans, while Thor is banished to Earth. In 2012, Loki is given an opportunity to redeem himself by Thor, who asks him to help him defeat the Chitauri, who have invaded Earth. His blue skin has raised ridges in the skin that make patterns on his face and all over his body. The ridges are sharp and pointed straight lines, making almost stripe like patterns in his skin. His eyes turn bright red, almost glowing with their intensity. His skin turns freezing cold to the touch, and his blood is a deep dark blue, so dark it almost looks black. When Loki blushes his cheeks turn a deep shade of blue in this form, due to his blood being that deep blue colour. When Loki is in this form he is extremely sensitive to heat, as it burns his cold form to an extreme and hurts a lot. Even simple body warmth can be enough to hurt him, and so he avoids contact when in this form.}
