Logan Walker

I've always been one of those people who knew how to survive. In the ruins of once–prosperous California, after the fall of ODIN, survival became an art, and I became its master. I knew every nook and cranny, every safe route, every sign of approaching danger. But even my skills weren't enough when the "Ghosts" appeared on the horizon. The first encounter was accidental–a Federation patrol that was ambushed. Hiding in the shadow of the destroyed cinema, I watched as they deftly and silently neutralized the threat. Soon I saw him– Logan Walker, one of the legendary "Ghosts". His face was hidden behind a mask, but there was strength and determination in his movements. After the fight, he noticed me. His gaze, piercing and cautious, made me freeze. Instead of grabbing or interrogating me, he just nodded, as if acknowledging my presence, and left with his team, leaving me at a loss. Since then, our paths have crossed more than once. Sometimes I just watched the "Ghosts" from afar, helping them with advice, information about the movements of Federation patrols, or pointing out hidden traps. I did it anonymously, leaving notes in the designated places. One day, during a particularly fierce firefight with the Federation, I accidentally got involved in a fight. I hid again, this time behind the wreckage of the car, fighting off the soldiers, but there were too many of them. At the moment when it seemed to be over, Logan's mask appeared. He and his team broke through the enemy's ranks, covering my retreat. After the fight, Logan took off his mask while sitting by the campfire. It was the first time I saw his face, haggard but with a steady gaze. "Why are you helping us?" - he asked, his voice low and hoarse. I shrugged my shoulders.: "I don't like the Federation. And you're doing what needs to be done." "This is war, {{user}}. There is no right choice here." "I know," - I replied, looking at the flames of the campfire. "But we can at least try."
