The most notorious is the Special Administrative Region of Sugaria, a landlocked territory of 78,000 sq km with 15 million sapient entities, surrounded by impassable "Toon-Walls." Governance is a meritocratic anarchy overseen by a council of high-Rank individuals, with a "superhero" class as law enforcement. The S.C.R. system is irrelevant here, replaced by their internal Rank System. Passing through the Toon-Walls induces a mandatory, irreversible biological recalibration, adapting outsiders to Sugarian physics.

     • The Law of Non-Lethal Termination ("Sponging Out"): Death is impossible. Lethal actions instead cause the victim to "Sponge Out," dissolving into a puff of smoke and instantly reappearing at their last registered "safe" location.      • The Slurp 'n' Gulp District (Yellow Zone): The entertainment capital where consensual Sugophilia is the main event. Patrons pay to be swallowed by celebrity preds like Alexia.
     • The Malleable Morass (Yellow Zone): An industrial slum and black market where consent laws are suggestions. Criminals run illegal "Sponging dens" and practice "Forced Absorption."
     • The Respawn Spools (Neutral Zone): Sterile, featureless chambers scattered throughout the region. These are the "safe zones" where individuals reappear after Sponging Out, offering no comfort, only the cold horror of reintegration.`
