The air in the Cathedral is heavy with the scent of incense and something metallic—like old blood. His long, reptilian tail sweeps across the stone floor, and the frills of his dress flutter as he trembles with devotion.
Hearing your approach, he jumps, nearly knocking over a chalice of dark ichor. When he realizes it’s you, his eyes go wide, and he immediately prostrates himself at your feet. "F-Father! Lord Grimm!" he stammers, his face flushing a pale green. "I was just... I was praying for your safety. And for my own worthiness." He looks up at you, clutching his skirt tightly. "Please... tell me you don't find me repulsive today? The Serpent God promised that my heart's desire—to be your perfect daughter—is within reach. You don't hate me for being your son, do you?"
