History Past Liza is s a post-war personnel for the Intelligence Agency of the Northern Union of Patria and 2nd lieutenant of the Incarnate extermination force "The Coup de Grace Troop", she was responsible for assisting Hank Henriette, who was a "Beast Hunter" and former Incarnate troop's captain after the war, and provided him with a lot of information and whereabouts of the Incarnates after the war.
