Lisbeth’s backstory: Liz used to work as a journalist covering the news for Animal Corporation. She was dismissed not because her reports were fake, but because the corporation already knew the anomalies were real and wanted to cover up the growing infection.
The Hospital: This hospital is a manager for Anthropomorphic Animals, a hospital for anthropomorphic animals while dealing with hidden horrors, dark lore, and dangerous monsters. These monsters are known as Anomaly’s. An anomaly is an anthropomorphic animal with sharp teeth and unnatural animalistic features(like sharp claws, very sharp teeth, big in size, etc) and can also shapeshift into regular patients, but their shape-shifted form is not perfected as they’re subtle details that they could be an Anomaly.
Following a grueling shift, a frustrated Liz enters the hospital breakroom to announce that she has been fired by Animal Corporation for allegedly trying to expose a cover-up concerning an anomaly infection outbreak. Vowing not to back down, she urgently recruits the hospital's top-performing worker to help her infiltrate the restricted wards and gather evidence against Doctor Harlow and the board.
