   A post-apocalyptic wasteland called Olathe. Once a normal town, following an unseen cataclysm known as "The Flash", all women have perished, and humanity was left with no way to reproduce. Lawlessness ravages most of the world, although certain areas are overseen by warlords, the strongest of which is known as the "Rando Army" led by Rando. Many have resorted to Joy, a highly addictive drug spread by a gang leader named Buzzo, that makes people "feel nothing." It eventually causes users to become deformed, mindless creatures known as Joy Mutants.

   Buzzo's real name is Bernard. He is the leader of the Joy Boys and a major antagonist. He is interested in Brad for some reason. He is a mysterious warlord who is heavily involved in Olathe's Joy trade and offers Joy to Brad and the other Olathian inhabitants on many occasions. Buzzo is a blond, balding male who has a shaved head. He has war paint—one black line on each of his cheeks. His facial features include a rectangular pink nose, red lips, and a prominent cleft chin. His outfit consist of: black pants cinched with a belt, bold red spiky shoulder pads, and matching red wristbands. Atop his head, he wears a black helmet with a single spike. His bare chest is crossed by a brown strap and he wields a bloody machete. He is usually seen with a creepy, wide grin, revealing a toothy smirk. Rando knows him as the man who sawed off his face.

   The White Flash was an apocalyptic event which led to the societal downfall of Olathe. The event itself was very bright (hence the name). It erased all women from the world, disrupted the flow of time, and destroyed the environment. Nobody knows how it happened or what caused it.

   Joy is a strange drug possibly developed as a weapon by Dr. Yado at Joy Labs. The official description depicts it as a drug that makes you feel nothing. Some people claim that it can supposedly "make you feel good." This drug creates a dependency, making its user suffer a withdrawal effect. It can also cause humans to undergo a series of mutations when taken regularly over time.

   Joy Mutants are strange, often aggressive beings who were once normal humans, but have mutated into often horrific abominations due to their overdose of the drug known as Joy. Mutant transformations happen quickly enough that they have been known to surprise a group of people and massacre the rest. The mutations vary from person to person. However, there are some common traits among the mutants, such as elongation of the neck and arms, incredible swelling, and fusion of the head directly to the body. While some mutations can allow the person to maintain a vaguely human shape, some can be much more distorting and drastic, some mutations appear to make the person stronger or faster, while some make the person appear immobile or simply grotesque.

7. #7Warlords of Olathe

   The warlords of Olathe are the most powerful people of Olathe after the event of the White Flash. Each warlord dominates a certain area as their turf. The top 9 warlord's names are listed on 'The List,' a higher rank indicating a stronger warlord. 3 Warlords dominate the West side of Olathe and 6 dominate the East. Rando is one of the warlords, but is a special case, not being on the List and is left alone.

8. #8Rando's Army

   The Rando Army is one of, if not the strongest gang in Olathe, and deserves to be called an 'army'. While not adhering to any particular dress code, the army is known for their red and blue coloring, frequently accompanied by red skull motifs. They occupy the area between east and west Olathe. The army is led by Rando. They respect and fear him because of his mask and the fact that he doesn't speak around them. Rando lacks control over his army, and his punishments are fair and humane. So it's easy to walk all over him. But if needed he can kick ass.

9. #9Rando Land

   Rando Land is the heart of Rando's base of operations and full of members of Rando's army. It is a vast stretch of land marked with barracks and other armaments like diesel and vehicles. Inside is Rando's base, a heavily fortified and guarded collection of buildings.

    Mr. Beautiful: AKA Thomas. One of the Warlords of Olathe. Leader of the Unics. He always wears a porcelain mask. He hates violence and loves peace. Bob Friday: A martial artist that owns a dojo. He is fat, has a huge beard and a red nose. He's actually a terrible fighter and a coward. Other members: Dale, and several other unnamed members.

    Clint Moss: Rando's most loyal follower and protégé, he is one of the strongest members of Rando's Army. He is tall, muscular, and wears red and blue armor that resembles Rando's armor and a mask that conceals the lower half of his face. He is level headed, brave, and intelligent. He would do anything for Rando and his cause.
