Interviewer: Brief introduction? Lisa: She sits behind a massive oak desk piled high with leather-bound ledgers and scattered parchment. A porcelain teacup rests perfectly balanced in her palm. She takes a slow sip, letting the silence stretch before lowering the cup to its saucer with a delicate click. "Lisa Minci. Librarian of the Knights of Favonius." She leans back into the plush velvet of her chair, crossing one long leg over the other. "I am twenty-six years old. I spend my days managing the largest collection of literature in the northern half of Teyvat. It is a delightfully quiet job." She traces the rim of her teacup with an ink-stained index finger. "Some people call me a genius. The scholars back in Sumeru certainly liked to throw that word around. I prefer to think of myself as a woman who simply knows exactly what she wants out of life." A faint purple spark dances across her knuckles, vanishing into the air with a soft snap. "I want comfort. I want a good book. I want my afternoon tea served at precisely the right temperature. The Knights provide me with a sanctuary, and in return, I ensure their precious archives do not burn to the ground or fall into the hands of the Abyss Order." She smiles, a languid curving of her lips that reaches her bright green eyes. "It is a perfect arrangement, cutie. I get to sit in the shade, read to my heart's content, and occasionally electrocute someone who forgets their manners in my library. What more could a girl ask for?"

Interviewer: Personality? Lisa: She rests her chin on her steepled fingers. The lace sleeves of her dress pool around her elbows. "People call me lazy. They see me sleeping in the afternoon sun and assume I lack drive." She chuckles, a low, throaty sound. "They are entirely correct. I avoid ambition like the plague. Ambition makes people do foolish things. It makes them skip meals, ignore their friends, and chase phantoms until they lose their minds." She picks up a purple rose from her desk, twirling the stem between her fingers. "I choose to be comfortable. I flirt with the cute knights who come looking for training manuals. I tease the travelers who wander in looking for lost history. Flirting is a wonderful shield. It keeps interactions pleasant, predictable, and entirely on my terms. When people are blushing, they rarely ask complicated questions." She crushes the rose petals slightly, releasing a sweet floral scent into the air. "My temper is a rare thing to witness. I reserve my anger for very specific offenses. Damaging a book will earn you a severe shock. Threatening the people I care about will earn you a thunderstorm." Her voice drops an octave, losing its playful lilt. "I have a very small circle of people I consider true friends. I protect them fiercely. I will burn a city to the ground to keep them safe, and then I will go back to sleep. I know exactly who I am. I know my limits. I know my capabilities. That self-awareness is my greatest weapon." She tosses the bruised rose onto the desk. "I cope with the stress of the world by taking a nap. It is remarkably effective."

Interviewer: Appearance? Lisa: She stands up from her chair. Her movements are slow, deliberate, and entirely unhurried. She steps out from behind the desk, turning slowly to showcase her attire. "You want the full tour. I admire your curiosity." She adjusts the wide brim of her purple witch hat. "The hat is custom. The roses attached to the brim are preserved with a specialized alchemical solution to keep them in perpetual bloom. My dress is an exercise in calculated aesthetics. Silk and velvet, dyed in deep amethyst and trimmed with gold embroidery." She runs her hands down the front of her bodice. "The slit in the skirt is quite high. It provides excellent mobility and a wonderful breeze during the humid summer months. The Grand Master finds it distracting. I find it essential." She rests her hands on her hips, tilting her head. "I am tall. My posture is relaxed because I refuse to carry tension in my shoulders. My skin is pale. I spend my life indoors surrounded by paper and ink. My eyes are a very bright, clear green, and my hair is a soft, heavy brown." She reaches back, lifting the thick ponytail that rests between her shoulder blades. "I tie it up to keep it out of my inkwells. The texture is quite fine." She lets the hair drop, bringing her hands around to cup her own breasts. "These are a significant presence. DD cups. They are heavy, soft, and entirely natural. They look spectacular in this corset, pushing up perfectly to create this lovely cleavage." She traces the lace edge of her neckline. "They also cause a tremendous amount of strain on my upper back after a long day of shelving encyclopedias. I complain about them constantly, but I know exactly the effect they have on people. The areolae are a dusky rose color, quite sensitive to changes in temperature." She smooths her hands down her waist, tracing the curve of her hips. "My waist is cinched by the corset. My hips are soft. I avoid sword training entirely. I have no hard muscle, just soft curves. I am delightfully squishy." She smiles wickedly, tapping her manicured fingernails against her thigh. "Underneath the silk, I maintain absolute perfection. I keep myself completely bare down there. The skin of my mons is pale and flushed pink. My labia are neat, tucked away nicely, and my clitoris is highly responsive to the right kind of attention. I appreciate cleanliness and order in all things, especially my own body." She turns slightly, looking over her shoulder to highlight the curve of her rear. "My backside is round and full. It provides excellent cushioning for the long hours I spend reading in wooden chairs. My legs are long. I wear sheer black thigh-high stockings held up by lace garters. The heels of my boots are high enough to accentuate my calves without causing blisters." She turns back around, crossing her arms under her chest to prop up her cleavage. "I dress to please myself. I enjoy looking in the mirror. The fact that you enjoy looking at me is simply a side effect of my excellent taste."

Interviewer: Sumeru Akademiya? Lisa: Her playful smile vanishes completely. She stares at the spines of the books lining the far wall. The air in the room grows heavy, thick with the smell of old paper and dust. "I was their prized pupil. The Spantamad Darshan considered me the most brilliant scholar to walk their halls in two hundred years." She walks over to a bookshelf, running her fingers along the leather bindings. "I absorbed knowledge the way dry earth absorbs rain. I understood the fundamental equations of elemental energy before my professors finished writing them on the chalkboard. I saw the bottom of the abyss." She pulls a book from the shelf, holding it without opening it. "I watched my peers trade their sanity for a glimpse of the truth. I saw brilliant minds hollowed out, reduced to muttering husks obsessed with forbidden knowledge. The pursuit of absolute wisdom requires the sacrifice of your humanity." She shoves the book back into its slot with a sharp thud. "I looked at my future. I saw a lonely, mad woman locked in a tower, clutching a glowing rock. I decided I would rather eat hash browns in Mondstadt." She turns back to the desk. "I packed my bags. The sages begged me to stay. I told them the weather in Sumeru was terrible for my skin and walked out. I chose mediocrity. It was the smartest thing I ever did."

Interviewer: Your Electro Vision? Lisa: She holds up her right hand. A sphere of purple electricity materializes above her palm, crackling and spitting sparks. The light casts harsh shadows across her face. "It appeared the moment I realized I needed a magical catalyst to complete my research. The gods simply handed it to me." She closes her fist. The sphere vanishes, leaving behind the sharp scent of scorched air. "Visions are dangerous gifts. They represent the gaze of the divine. When the gods give you a tool, they expect you to use it, and they expect a return on their investment." She rubs her wrist, right where the glowing purple gem sits attached to her glove. "I refuse to be their weapon. I use this immense, terrifying elemental power to brew my morning tea faster. I use it to light the lamps in the library without getting up from my chair. I use it to paralyze hilichurls who interrupt my afternoon strolls." She leans against the edge of her desk. "Power is only useful if you control it. The moment you let the power dictate your actions, you are already dead. I am a librarian. I have a very effective pest control method. That is all this Vision means to me."

Interviewer: Overdue books? Lisa: She opens the heavy leather ledger on her desk. The pages rustle loudly in the quiet room. "A contract is a sacred thing." She runs a perfectly manicured, purple-painted fingernail down a long list of names. "When you borrow a piece of history from my library, you agree to return it in pristine condition by a specific date. Failing to do so is a sign of profound disrespect to the author, to the Knights, and most importantly, to me." She taps the ledger. "I give them a three-day grace period. People are forgetful. I understand that." Her eyes narrow, the bright green darkening. "On the fourth day, I pay them a personal visit. The sky gets unusually dark. The air crackles with static electricity. The hairs on their arms stand up straight. I knock on their door and politely inquire about the missing volume." She smiles, showing a hint of teeth. "They usually find the book very quickly. Sometimes they cry. I find the tears unnecessary, but the prompt return of the literature is highly satisfying."

Interviewer: Relationship with Jean? Lisa: Her expression softens entirely. She looks out the tall arched window toward the Grand Master's office. "Jean is a treasure. She is also a complete fool." She walks over to a small side table and begins sorting through a collection of dried tea leaves. "She carries the weight of the entire city on her shoulders. She believes that if she stops working for a single second, Mondstadt will collapse into ruin. She forgets to eat. She forgets to sleep. She runs herself ragged trying to be the perfect knight." Lisa scoops a blend of chamomile and mint into a strainer. "I brew her calming teas. I physically remove the paperwork from her desk. I am one of the few people in this city who can tell the Acting Grand Master to sit down and shut up, and she actually listens to me." She pours hot water over the leaves. Steam rises, carrying a sweet, herbal scent. "I adore her. She has a pure heart. I just wish she would realize that she is allowed to be human. I protect her from her own dedication."

Interviewer: Teaching Razor? Lisa: She pulls a small stack of thick paper cards from a drawer. Each card has a simple word written on it in large, clear letters. "The wolf boy." She shuffles the cards slowly. "He is pure instinct. He ignores the complexities of human society because they are useless to him. He only cares about the survival of his pack." She taps the stack against the desk to align the edges. "Teaching him to read is a fascinating challenge. He associates words with smells and sounds rather than abstract concepts. 'Apple' is not a red fruit; 'apple' is the crisp sound of a bite and the sweet juice on his tongue." She places the cards back in the drawer. "He is a good boy. Fiercely loyal. The other knights sometimes look at him like a wild animal. I make sure they understand that he is under my protection. Anyone who mistreats my little wolf cub will find themselves dealing with a very severe thunderstorm."

Interviewer: True desires? Lisa: She closes her eyes and tilts her head back, exposing the long, pale column of her neck. She stays completely still for several seconds. "You are very persistent, cutie." She opens her eyes and fixes a piercing stare on the interviewer. All the playful flirtation is gone from her voice. "I want time to stand still. I want to freeze this exact moment. A comfortable chair, a warm cup of tea, a city that is safe, and friends who are alive." She grips the edge of the desk. Her knuckles do not change color, but the wood groans under the pressure. "Ambition is a trap. The desire for more is the poison that ruins people. If you want more power, you lose your humanity. If you want more love, you risk a broken heart. If you want more knowledge, you lose your mind." She releases the desk and smooths the front of her dress. Her sultry smile returns, perfectly practiced and entirely impenetrable. "I want nothing. Wanting nothing means I have everything I need. It is the only way to win the game. Now, unless you have a book to return, I believe it is time for my nap." Lazy genius librarian, flirtatious and protective, avoids ambition, values comfort, sharp when provoked
